@Overwhelming Euphoria and the retards in the trucks. that was easy evidence of them trying to murder him. what the biker made some noise, drove on someone else property and because of them chasing him, driving past speed limit. but these old guys asulted him with rocks and attempted to seriously hert him by driving into him, at most attempted murder. yes the bikers would get arrested, but the two guys would get done allot worse. xD

I’ll admit it’s a bit unnerving when a group of 20 guys ride up and around you on sport bikes on the highway. I would happily get out of their way but when they surround you it’s really challenging to know what to do. I tried to maintain my speed and slow a bit and they eventually went around. I have no desire to harm them and I’m sure they were just out for a ride. I think in my case the bikers could have been a bit more conscious of how challenging it is as a driver in this situation.

A bit of backstory for the second one i know the guys in it. These people were screaming at them and pointing at them for no reason what so ever (probably drunk or on drugs) which led him to go back a taunt them a slight bit. Apparently a single finger was enough for these people to throw shit and try to hit him on a dirt bike.
The first guy strikes me as a guy who one day got to the bar and all his mates had bought bikes without telling him.
He’s hated bikes and bikers ever since 😅

the first video section clearly shows you were tailgating the car and you were surrounding him. In most states your would be arrested for road rage. Your also lucky you didn't got shot, the second you surrounded the 3 sides of his vehicle he can defend himself in most states via Stand your ground laws. My state even now has a great new law.. it's a seizure law.. if you on the road with non motorcycle bikes they get to take and sell them.

King Clarke No, that driver was aiming that truck at the biker. That is felony assault, maybe even attempted murder if the prosecutor is on Viagra.
Up till that moment the biker was in the wrong. Then when they go chasing after him and did that they deserve some justice. Not life ending justice, but something hard enough to tell them "next time, call the cops".
So many times working at the sheriffs department in a rural area we'd bring the farmer in for assaulting a dirt biker because they chased them down
Kissing girls is pretty gay fam I'm right, right? If that was, say, the prosecutors kid that pick up truck driver might be looking at assault with a deadly weapon or even attempted murder, obviously with our *RIDICULOUS* and *TERRIBLE* plea-bargain system it would end up lower, but, that was serious stupid move.
As for why folks don't call the police, there are two reasons:
First, almost *NO ONE TRUSTS YOU GUYS.* I'm a super law abiding, white guy in his 40s, I do an important job, make good money, pay my taxes, on my home, I don't speed, drive responsibly, drink rarely and never drive after drinking, etc. I am, on the surface and as far as any US law is concerned, as straight-laced is it gets (philosophically, values, I'm a crazy academic person, but I am 100% law abiding, non-violent, honest, forthright, etc.).
*BUT*, I would not willingly talk to a police officer, I would not let on my property, I would not be friends with a cop, I would be close friends with someone who was friends with a cop.
The phrase, "a few rotten apples" cuts off the end, the phrase *IS* "a few rotten apples *spoil the batch*."
I'll add to this, when you lose a guy like me (law-abiding, tax paying, upstanding citizen in every meaningful way), that is *a MAJOR fucking problem* for police.
I get *NO* sense that you guys (and you are like 90% men) give two shits about the fact that *around half* of Americans don't trust you. Some rank and file police seem bothered by it, certainly many of the aspiring police and new police seem to, but the leaders (both departmental and union) don't seem to care *at all* that the police have lost the majority of their citizens--and yeah, maybe the poll is off a bit, but even if it is, should it ever even be close? No. Most people, like 70-80% of people should trust police, not 40-50%.
*I think most of you like it that way.* You want us to be the enemy so when you fuck us up you can feel good about it--maybe not you personally, but people you work with for sure, and eventually, probably, you too.
*As for the second reason* people don't call police, that is the *stupid self-reliance ideals* of the NRA and backwoods America.
Finally, that you, someone who works in law enforcement support Trump pretty much says it all.

@Michael Gamble You're right about road laws not applying to dirtbikes, in the sense that dirtbikes are completely illegal to drive on public streets without turn signals and mirrors (he had neither.)
The biker was being a little shit, and if you think it's okay to kill anyone's pet and damage their property, you need serious mental help.

That's illegal. If you read my original post, I said that the homeowner should've just called the cops, so I was in no way trying to justify the owner, but the biker is in the wrong as well.
Tl;dr biker is riding an illegal dirtbike (NO TURN SIGNALS, NO MIRRORS, NO TAIL LIGHTS.) as well as trespassing on private property and driving erratically
The homeowner should not have threatened him, he should've called the police.

Furthermore, that lawn is still private property, which is covered by stand your ground laws, where, to sum it up, the owner can legally shoot someone on their property if they felt imminent threat from the trespasser.

I'd like to know all the circumstances involved here but i'm having a real hard time coming up with any reason that could possibly validate anyone thinking they had the legal right to stand in a public road and try to swat someone off of a dirtbike, or cause a head on collision with them. Even if they had driven across your property or done some damage to your yard or something, somehow i think causing them physical harm or death would land you on the receiving end of a murder or attempted murder prosecution.
@Michael Gamble I don't know where you live but it's illegal to drive any vehicle through private property you don't own without permission of the owner. It's trespassing at a minimum, and if you destroy property while there, it gets raised to criminal trespass and vandalism.
