What a huge job! Even with your heavy duty strimmers you were struggling. This would be a perfect environment for trying out different brushcutter blades and giving your opinion on how they perform in a real life situation. Keep up the great work, you kept me entertained on a rainy British morning.
I was thinking the same thing. Brush cutter attachment on the trimmer for all of that thick stuff. The scythe is a good alternative though. Watching projects like this make me think of how to really test out someone's products like one of those D.R. field and brush mowers.
Wow Kevin that was one crazy yard!!!! You are a beast attacking those large grasses, you make it look effortless. Amazing, God Bless you for all you do and for making the world better one yard at a time.❤ You change yards and peoples lives.
I'm waiting for someone to go old school and break out a scythe on one of these overgrown lawns. Seems like it would be just as efficient as trying to use string trimmers and mowers.
Sure except the person swinging a scythe would eventually be left without a shoulder and arm. Did you notice the amount of green? I love Juggernaut's videos!!👍🙋
@@coro599 wait what!? how do you swing a scythe to lose a shoulder and an arm xD I heard / seen people smack it in their leg/upper foot but even their upper body xD haha :)

Wow just wow. As usual an amazing job and a worthy cause. Just to let you know how you inspire others Kevin, there is an Australian named Sean from Blade Mate Lawn Care who called for others in your field as well as communities to help people who have needs. Wow! I never thought your mower would mow that stuff down! It was fun “riding along with you” as you mowed it. That’s the tallest grass I’ve ever seen in a yard. Great job Kevin! 💚 from Texas
Just a suggestion from a 25 year veteran of lawn care. When cutting overgrown grass with a trimmer cut from the top down. You'll experience a lot less winding, binding and damage to the equipment and the job will look a little better.
When youre on the mower in the back and the grass is super close to you, it looked like the part of Jurassic Park when they were being hunted by the Raptors in the tall grass. I love the satisfaction factor of your videos
I am absolutely amazed at how much work you do. Finding that chair in there made me laugh so hard and I was just sitting here shaking my head about it. The people that you help by doing this must be so grateful to you. Your family must be so proud of you. As a fellow Oklahoman I am proud to call you a great human being. Stay safe and thank you.
This is when you need a scythe brother… Oh and might be an idea to check to make sure there’s no dead body in the houses lol, but put the scythe away before you knock on the door.
Darn you beat me to it. I just comment above a scythe would have been the perfect tool, even a sickle would have worked better than the mower or weed eater in the tall stuff.
Wow! I'm so surprised that the city let it get this bad. Kevin, you are amazing. Taking on a yard that's out of control like this. Thank you! I can't imagine how happy the neighbors are. What a change you made. Thank you for caring.

You are super innovative with getting different uses out of your various pieces of equipment. You work super hard at what you do and it’s great to watch and learn from you!!! Stay Strong, Stay Blessed and thanks for helping in this way!!
When I mow thick/tall grass like that, I've found that shutting off the blades and flattening the grass before mowing it does 2 things. 1) anything that you might hit with the blades is exposed, and 2- it gives you bite control.. it's already knocked down, which with your beast equipment is all you need. I don't comment much but I love your work. Much respect from Florida.
Hi I noticed your frustration of your bump head flying off I had a commercial lawn business for a while before becoming wheelchair bound I drilled 2 small holes though head to base and used Zip ties to keep it on and even a couple of bolts for jungles like the one you are doing. Keep up the great work you are a man above all men for what you do well done. > Neil from South Australia
Time to sharpen up the old scythe, no springs to lose, and that tall grass never wraps around the blade. It is also a lot quieter. And considering how much back-and-forth you do with that trimmer, I doubt that it would be much more work! Great job, as always!
You have to know what your getting into. The guard keeps you protected from debris. I get hit the crap even with the guard on. It’s even worse with it off. You don’t want to lose an eye over a stupid guard.
The plywood boarding up that house is probably worth more than the entire house. They use to steal copper tubing from abandoned houses... Now its lumber too.

Can’t imagine how your equipment got through as much as it did - AMAZING!,!!
Wow that's crazy how grown up the yard was and all the work you done is amazing job
The City is responsible for it and you’re paying taxes, so maybe it’s time to enlighten them.
Sure except the person swinging a scythe would eventually be left without a shoulder and arm. Did you notice the amount of green? I love Juggernaut's videos!!👍🙋
Scythes are good for grass not thick or stemmy weeds. It would be better to use a brush cutter attachment so you don’t need to worry about string.
@@coro599 wait what!? how do you swing a scythe to lose a shoulder and an arm xD I heard / seen people smack it in their leg/upper foot but even their upper body xD haha :)
@@anjamogensen1291 ☺!!! The weight alone of that and the repetitive motion, yikes! Enjoyable videos all around.
Started out searching for meatball recipes and a couple hours later I end up here. Subscribed.
I was just about to comment on the weedwhacker guard when you took it off.
That roof high lawn sure fought you, but you persevered. Really like what you're doing raising money for people with cancer and free lawn cuts.
I donated to Aybel's GoFundMe page. I want you to know, there is a special place in heaven for people like you. TFS and caring. HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Thank you so much for your support of not only me but Aybel as well.
Wow just wow. As usual an amazing job and a worthy cause. Just to let you know how you inspire others Kevin, there is an Australian named Sean from Blade Mate Lawn Care who called for others in your field as well as communities to help people who have needs. He gave a shout out to you when you cut the extremely wild yard in support of your sister-in-law. Keep up the wonderful service to the community and to bring awareness that we are blessed and need to help our fellow men and women. Blessings 🙏
Love watching you work. Thank you for helping others. Best wishes.
Dang!😎
When you were cutting that tall grass in the back it looked like you were on the Edge Of The Earth.😄👍🏼
Wow,I have never seen grass that high before. You did a wonderful job on that yard.
Bless your heart , good deeds comes to those who helps others !
I look at these abandoned houses and in my head make them homes again…… great job.
Where on earth do you and Top Notch Lawn Care find these properties? Holy cow!
Wow! I never thought your mower would mow that stuff down! It was fun “riding along with you” as you mowed it. That’s the tallest grass I’ve ever seen in a yard. Great job Kevin! 💚 from Texas
This isn’t lawn care! This is backyard archeology!!
Just a suggestion from a 25 year veteran of lawn care. When cutting overgrown grass with a trimmer cut from the top down. You'll experience a lot less winding, binding and damage to the equipment and the job will look a little better.
Hard worker keep up the good work 💪
you must have great muscley arms!
@@mmeyerr7867 That yard was way out of shape so getting to the very top might not be so easy lol but go as high as you can start the cut.
@@davidcampbell1306 live in Flurda and my sharp machete is a fav
That was over 5 feet of weed lol
When youre on the mower in the back and the grass is super close to you, it looked like the part of Jurassic Park when they were being hunted by the Raptors in the tall grass. I love the satisfaction factor of your videos
You never stop. Keep your giving spirit
I was waiting for the table and another chair to pop out!
This is when you need a scythe brother…
Oh and might be an idea to check to make sure there’s no dead body in the houses lol, but put the scythe away before you knock on the door.
LOL
No dead body in the house? Hell, I'd be worried about running one over with the mower. Was that a hand that shot out @ 3:08?
Darn you beat me to it. I just comment above a scythe would have been the perfect tool, even a sickle would have worked better than the mower or weed eater in the tall stuff.
What about a harvester?
@@Sethanos519 I laughed way too hard at that lol
Wow! I'm so surprised that the city let it get this bad. Kevin, you are amazing. Taking on a yard that's out of control like this. Thank you! I can't imagine how happy the neighbors are. What a change you made. Thank you for caring.
PHENOMENAL. Hard to believe that the city let the yard cut ver up the house! It was hard to understand the neglect. You are THE MAN! God bless you.
I know you call this the boring channel but I must admit there's nothing boring about it I really like this channel I watch it almost everyday. Keep up the good work I use to do landscaping myself so it's relaxing to watch and it brings back memories.👍
I have to say, "you are one of God's angels, supercharged!"
you are a brave man cutting all that stuff down just wearing a T shirt. As always great job with the work you do in your community!
God Bless You... I have never seen such tall grass !! And I'm almost 71 !! You deserve All that is good !🙏🌹🙏
You are not afraid of putting in the work... Nice job
I am watching this video almost a year ago! It was a nightmare then and it still is. Thank you for your kindness 💙🌹
Kevin swinging through that grass like Thor with his hammer.
All of the people who have channels similar to yours have my gratitude and utmost respect! God has blessed you with beautiful souls! 🙏❤️
This one made me feel all itchy. Thinking how many ticks was in all that
Ape S crazy that is what that was, surprised not to see any snakes
After watching this I feel like I need to check my arms and legs for ticks
My goodness, Kevin! If one didn’t know better, it looks like you are trudging through an African jungle!!! You are super innovative with getting different uses out of your various pieces of equipment. You work super hard at what you do and it’s great to watch and learn from you!!! Stay Strong, Stay Blessed and thanks for helping in this way!!
How do you know his name is Kevin?
When I mow thick/tall grass like that, I've found that shutting off the blades and flattening the grass before mowing it does 2 things. 1) anything that you might hit with the blades is exposed, and 2- it gives you bite control.. it's already knocked down, which with your beast equipment is all you need. I don't comment much but I love your work. Much respect from Florida.
Thanks. That trick will help me a lot
You are a blessing to everybody that you do work for I really enjoy watching your videos
I must say that’s the toughest one I’ve seen you do so far! An just want to say you are AWESOME!!!💯👍🏻
Wow..never seen grass that high! Great job!
“No guard and all balls.” I’m stealing that line….for everything.
Has caused harm to people who don’t understand what a guard is. He may not care if a tree impales him, but some might.
Now its lumber too.
you sure tackle some wild stuff!
Hello Linda how are you doing?
Mind boggingly thick and lush stuff!
I’ve watched several of your vids. I have never seen you have as much trouble with equipment as you did here. Kudos for what you do.
Hi 👋 Susan, your comments so good where are you from?
How can anyone dislike this.He is cleaning up a mess ,for free, and no one else is doing it.As soon as I get able again,I plan on helping people out in the same way.
That's not a mess! It's a wonderland of plants and animals!
Rusty more like busty
What the other guys said. Lawns are bad for the environment. Invasive exotic species are bad for the environment. Nature retaking something we stole is not “a mess.”

Hello Sherri how are you doing
You are blessed to be doing something that you love, that people appreciate, and that can be seen by all!
Not gonna lie, I half expected you to come out of that backyard with a couple bushels of corn.
😂
😂😂😂😂
This is WAY more interesting than my usual carpet cleaning asmr!
The suspense in seeing what all was lurking in that grass was fabulous! Lol!
This was the lawncare equivalent of the scene from Jaws: “We’re gonna need a bigger boat!”
We're gonna need a bigger mower.
I have watched most of your videos and I have to say for a one-man job you are the best. When you are done you are done. I want to thank you for helping the handi cap and our seniors too. Nice job young man very proud of you. :-)
