We agree again! I think the Glock 45 is the best all around Glock. I feel that the trigger is improved on the Glock 45 Gen5s for some reason. I shoot much better with the G45 compared to other Glocks. The Gen5s have the new Glock Marksman Barrels (GMB) too. I was able to acquire a rare G45 with burnt bronze frame and black slide (from the factory) that Glock made for only a few months in 2018. Its a beautiful gun.
Looks like a great gun. I’d say since you bought it used something has been done to the trigger. I’ve owned many Glocks and Glock clones and they always break at 5.5 to 6 pounds.
I picked up a complete Glock 45 lower recently. I will mate it with my G19 Gen5 upper. I need the extra grip to get a grasp on the firearm. I will get it stippled and ready for use.
Since the grip is the hardest part of a handgun to conceal, I just don't get the shorter slide on a longer frame concept.... To me it's backwards & the best combo would be a Mod 17 slide on a Mod 19 frame...the slide is easier to conceal & the longer sight radius helps accuracy...
Great video!! If that’s your backyard,, I really need to find a place to live like that!! Perfect no one around and no one to say other wise!! Thanks for sharing!!!
Have a 45 and its a great shooter but I really prefer the Glock 49 which is 19 lower with a 17 length slide . The 17 grip I just don't like but the 19 and 26 grip is awesome to me.
This from Glock. "GLOCK Marksman Barrel (GMB) features a more aggressive polygonal rifling with a target-style crown and tighter chamber specs, which delivers improved accuracy." Yours is not a stock trigger shoe so I'm guessing a GPT or something else installed. I'd say you got a great deal on that one for sure.
My gen 5 is one of my most accurate guns, I don’t get it. Lol. I do like the grip extension. It allows me to get more of my fat left hand on plastic. 🤷♂️.
There are NO 'good Glocks': I owned a Model 21 and never liked it; didn't feel right in my hand, didn't sight align as easily as other of my sidearms, and simply put, was just Butt Ugly! I'll stick with 1911's/2011's, CZ 75/85/01 series, some Sigs, and of course, Wheel Guns.
@@wyominggunproject That's highly doubtful and rarely the case with any Glock pistol. However, it's very common for right handed shooters to shoot low left and left handed shooters to shoot low right. It's just a matter of mastering the Arrow T50 staple gun like trigger pull. Pretty much anyone who has ever carried one in a professional capacity knows this.
@@wyominggunproject Apparently not. I am, however, familiar with training thousands of eager young law enforcement officers to shoot Glock pistols over the past three decades. The number of times we ever had to adjust the sights on a Glock pistol out of the box is zero. When replacing the sights, all we ever had to do was center them, just as the factory sights were. Again, it's you, not the gun. Everyone that knows knows except you.
Yes it's the best glock they make. I have carried it for duty for 4 years and have no regrets.

You could be right. But I’m not sure.
Another fair and honest review. I'm holding out for a 30X, but until then the G45 is the one. 👍👍
30X? What is that?
@@Platoon_Guide They don't make it, but I wish they would: A 30 slide & barrel on a 21sf frame.
Been competing a little here and there with the 45 MOS. Love it
Great gun 👍🏻

You got a great deal.

Might have to add the 45 to my Gee lock collection. 🤣
Great video. 👍 I prefer the 49. Easier for my hand size, prefer 19 grip. I can understand why you like the 45. All good.
Thanks Dave. I dig the 49 too. 🤠
maybe try a few different ammo brands on paper before you adjust the sights. good video though.

Thank you. Thats it the Glock Marksman Barrel. I don’t think it came with the night sights either.
Zorg Industries shirt is awesome!

The gun is not shooting left; you are. I had to overcome the same issue over 3 decades ago.
Wrong the gun is shooting left

It’s not a better gun than the 34
The Glock 45. The gay cousin of the 19X.
So it must have Rainbow Power🤣
