Kerrod, much respect giving credit where it is due. This is a Kwon drill - I see so many other youtube instructors that don't give credit for other people's drill.
This is such a good exercise for me being slightly stiff! Good for loosening up and getting a feel of what the body can naturally do without freezing up over the ball
I actually tried this excercise, I bought a rope :) I have struggled with over the top and hanging back for many years. I finally understand how to start from the ground and transfer weight into left side. My golf shots are much longer (driver + 30 meters), I can hardly believe it! Thank you so much for this video!!!

What kind rope? Is it a specific weight or diameter? How long of a rope? Love this drill!
