I use this meditation to let go and reconnect with the universal presence of unconditional love. Once I am filled I redirect this energy to the earth, to life, to all people, then the whole universe. It's my way of reminding everyone that they are all worthy and that there is love here for all of them. I've seen it work, I see many people I come across and I can feel their emotions, I just want to surround them and heal them.

I think that this is wonderful way to let go of any pain, anger, hurt, resentment and other lower feelings I could be holding on to about myself or others. All emotional barriers are broken and forgiveness becomes possible. it's hard to know what is holding me back if I don't feel love. thank you!

I did this and the vibration pulsed my whole upper body I am not sure what happened but I saw a light in the aura of Colors and the vibration of the breathing changed in my breathing rythm and the smell and senses changed .
I loved this. I truly felt a pulsating feeling throughout my entire upper body. There were so many colors of flashing lights. I feel clean. It was a great experience. Thanks Christie Marie and Mindvalley

a piece of rose quartz crystal usually pink in colour and hold it in my hand your hand when doing this meditation. Seeings Crysty does this in her own life and so much more she is worth following for chakra activation or reactivation i feel.
