    Thanks for the video recipe instructions.
    Just made a pot tonight. Delicious! Just want to point out a typo in video: two 14 oz bags of tapioca starch is 3.5 cups and not 4.5 cups. We will make this dish many times again. Thanks.

    Will the broth stay thick for the next day after refrigerated?

    • @DeanaThai
      @DeanaThai  2 роки тому +1

      Yes it will. It'll be extra thick when cooled down and soupy thick once heated up again.

    Damn. She made the noodle from scratch lol
    This is so much better (what I had in Vietnam), than the boring clear broth only. But that makes sense considering our girl just dumped half to one cup of chicken stock/bullion into that pot lmao

    • @DeanaThai
      @DeanaThai  3 роки тому +1

      😆 LOL I did dump that much bullion into the pot! Eat tasty food and be happy! We only have one life!

    i think the rice flour 4 cups in each bag not 2.

    • @DeanaThai
      @DeanaThai  3 роки тому

      The bags I'm using are 16oz each. Maybe weighting will better help others and you with the recipe.

    Another misconception for broth boiling, never pre boil your bones, losing more than 50% of flavors this way, since you are boiling for extended of time we are killing everything and cooking under pressure will never create scum only great flavors.
