Wow wow wow!!!!! Amazing. I followed your recipe (again) and this was so delicious!!!!!! Once again approved by the entire fam. We enjoy all your IP viet noodle recipes especially the ones that uses pork ribs mmm mmm so good.
I just made this for my family today following your recipe and everyone absolutely loved it! Everything was just right and it only took about an hour to make (I used packaged banh canh). Looking forward to trying new recipes from your channel ❤️ you’re amazing
Thanks for the video recipe instructions. Just made a pot tonight. Delicious! Just want to point out a typo in video: two 14 oz bags of tapioca starch is 3.5 cups and not 4.5 cups. We will make this dish many times again. Thanks.
Oh thank you! Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for the catch! I can't fix it on the video unfortunately. But will later for the written recipe. Thanks again! ❤
Damn. She made the noodle from scratch lol This is so much better (what I had in Vietnam), than the boring clear broth only. But that makes sense considering our girl just dumped half to one cup of chicken stock/bullion into that pot lmao
OMG my mouth is watering when i was watching this beautiful recipe i love it but i can't eat it right now ... If you have Time Come visite my kitchen love
Another misconception for broth boiling, never pre boil your bones, losing more than 50% of flavors this way, since you are boiling for extended of time we are killing everything and cooking under pressure will never create scum only great flavors.
You're so good at directions in your video. This looks delicious. Thank you
Thank you so much!
This is the BEST one yet! Thank you!!!

😊 My pleasure! Remember to taste and adjust saltiness.
Looks so good! Can u do instant pot pho ga, please!?
Absolutely, I'm actually editing that one soon!
Will the broth stay thick for the next day after refrigerated?
Yes it will. It'll be extra thick when cooled down and soupy thick once heated up again.
@@DeanaThai thank you!
My pleasure! Enjoy!
I'm going to try this but will use oxtail instead of pork.
Sounds great!

😆 LOL I did dump that much bullion into the pot! Eat tasty food and be happy! We only have one life!
i think the rice flour 4 cups in each bag not 2.
The bags I'm using are 16oz each. Maybe weighting will better help others and you with the recipe.
💕💕💕
Thank you!
What I would give to have a nice hot bowl of this right now 😍
Oh yes!
