One thing with the arc trooper flight stands, the box only comes with 4 workable (out of the box) ones to place on 9 potential jetpack minis which REQUIRE these flight stands to be usable. This means if you wanted to build all available models in the battle force (although not necessary to actually run), you would not be able to base 5 arc trooper minis
Well spotted, we definitely missed that when filming.
Did some research and you know what happened was they are the wrong flight stands entirely. Those flight stands are for the mandalorian supper commandos not the arc troopers.
@@davidschelhas33 Oh wonderful! That is quite the blunder. I have emailed asmodee but i doubt ill get a response for ages and even then im unlikely to get the right flight stands. What a shame.
@RandomRager, can we make our own flight stands? Out of something like basing terrain?
I suppose it could be possible but whether it would look good is another story, i found some decent alternatives from etsy for custom-made options, but you could also buy some STL files if you had access to a 3d printer.
if you're running more than 7 activations in a list you'd need more than this one box unfortunately unless you have custom tokens since this box only comes with 3 special forces tokens
I run a battle force 501st list with 9 acts and running both rex, fives, and echo and on rex up put the upgrade card of up close and personal.
How do you find the legion plays? I've used it a couple of times and it definitely feels like an uphill struggle.

I am going to pick this box up, I love what it comes with. However I also have separatists, and I hate their version that was released. I don't play yet, and I only have the main starter box for the 2 teams, however it seems strange that the separatists gives you everything the starter kit comes with. Why would I want more droidikas, B1's and Grevious? it would have been nicer to see a different commander and maybe B2's or something? Again I am very new, so maybe real players love it, but I think instead of grabbing that one, I will just pick up super battle droids, a tank, and a commander on their own while I grab this Republic box set.
I’m opening my 501st Legion box, and for the Arc Troopers, what I see is six copies of the same sprue, sprue 2, which has torsos E, F, and G. For a total of 18 Torsos.
I don’t have any copies of Sprue 1, which I think should have torsos A, B, C, and D.
Is this a mispack? Is it different than what you got?
Does anyone know where you can get more in dept instructions to assemble these mini's? I found the pdf lacking. Any ideas or does anyone know where to find them?
They can be found on the AMG website, the instructions arnt great but I found the minis fairly self explanatory to assemble. - TTG Sam
