I love all bikes, which ever feels best and has reliability is the bike to get and in my case out of all the bikes I sat on I have always loved kawasaki both with feel "clutch and higher power band" and in reliability, But that's just me so Im glad people are seeing Kawasaki as the top of the leader board lately :)

i think you forgot about bmw, but honda makes good shit, really these days almost every manufacturer makes good stuff. I really dont think there is any company that is significantly more reliable than average. but certainly there are specific product families that are much more reliable than other products, but i dont think it has as much to do with the company as it does the design goal and engineering team of that product. look at bmw boxer twins, they are legendary, and so are their full size touring bikes. and honda trail 90, probably every company has similarly cult worthy examples of reliability, i can only name a couple. If you perform proper maintenance on something and dont get a ducati, then it will probably be very reliable
