And also gives a person with no skill some confidence in these ideas. The first step to creating is really to gain confidence in what you are trying. She gifts this every time.

It's nice to see a pastry chef making a cake without a recipe technically. I'm studying to be a pastry chef and I've seen so many people being discourage to bake because they assume you need a scale and need to be extremely specific. I know with some recipes you do, but not all.
