INSANE Combine March at City 17

After Gordon Freeman infiltrated and escaped Nova Prospekt, City 17 slowly erupted into a warzone that could no longer remain ignored by the Combine overlords.

The over watch and civil protection troops probably they win in a few hours they clearly had no idea that they were equally matched by the rebels who also have the higher numbers as well and the fire power to challenge them and once Gordon return the tide further turned against the combine forces on the ground and air considering Gordon paved the way forward. And if we also take in Swetler half life game endings as canon the combine forces across to earth were overpowered by hundreds thousands of rebels and civilians rising up against the combine in all the cities. As one rebel put it. The Combine are gonna feel the squeeze. And indeed they did. Plus the uprising last longer then a week something the combine never saw coming.

Man I love the beginning with the citadel opening up.
Reminds me, that If there will ever be a Half-Life Movie,
it shouldn't be done by JJ Abrams, but a nice Scifi dystopian Anime, like for example
the movie Jin-Roh.
Those are far better at capturing this drastic atmosphere of absolute high-tech oppression!
