Enjoyed your Video. Love Small mouth and I live near Dale Hollow lake but I don’t fish it a lot because to me it is a hard lake to fish but I don’t know what I’m doing. Keep the videos coming.

What is your go-to color on swimbaits for Dale Hollow?
Electric Shad, Silver Flash Minnow, Tennessee Shad, Sexy Shad. I'm not sure it makes a lot of difference. I like something natural when its bright out and something with chartreuse will work about anytime for smallmouth.

nice fish!! heading out to taylorsville this weekend should i lean more towards chatter/spinner? or a finnese jig? kinda newer to bass fishing trying to get a hang of it
It wouldn't surprise me that at Taylorsville the largemouth, at least some were spawning right, or anywhere else in Kentucky right now. So keep that in mind and fish a lizard, worm or creature bait around spawning areas. A spinner bait should still produce as well. Let the fish tell you what they want. If you can catch a two or three fish doing the same thing you should be able to run the lake fishing similar areas and have similar results. With bait selection you have to either figure out what the fish are feeding on or what they will react to.
