Hi just wanted to say your videos inspired me to play my first FFA ranked game and I learned a lot about how to play risk from you I just won my first game and beat an expert and an intermediate so i ranked up to a beginner. Thanks for making good videos and being a good instructor on how a good player thinks.

What I took from this game is that it's better for rank to hit anything and not accept alliance requests than to communicate well and broker little quid-pro-quos.
alliances are worth it when there is trust, a mutually understood prisoners dilemma, or better yet, when your partner can't kill you even if they wanted to!
In this game Green left himself super vulnerable by attacking slowly and ended up feeding TWO KILLS to digi... oh and also he gave an easy Europe for an easy Australia, which was a nice and friendly thing to do, but he obviously got the short end of that deal
