Yucaipa wet, green place. We were called Hicktown back in the 90's. i remember people riding thier horses to the High School. nearest walmart or movie place was in Redlands.
Yucaipa got them bars and fast food. Use to have a Burger King and Wendy's before 2010. I would take a bus or spend a few hours walking to Redlands to eat what I want. Sometimes I wake up at six in the morning, take the bus to Fontana, and get on the train to downtown Los Angeles to eat lunch at my favorite buffet. For the Brazilian Barbecue.
I can make easily an hour long video of Yucaipa, there’s a lot more absolutely. Unfortunately most won’t sit down and watch an hour long video, I’ll be doing them in segments.
Yes. The yucaipa then is not the same as it today. Old people driving...lol, rock front yards many had or sprinklers that stood up 2 feet above the grass that was a trap hazard....lol I graduated YHS in 2000 you.
@@esmith3438my parents moved here when my dad retired. Maybe mid 70s. They laughed about the golf carts on YB. My husband and I moved here in 95 after my parents passed. One thing I loved about early Yucaipa is every house looked different. Not so much any more.

I live in Yucaipa and the good news, there are hundreds of fun entertainment in other cities within 20 minutes driving distance.
You’re the man Steven. 🙌🏼
How many wеtbacks are there?

It’s fun that you did a quick topical review of Yucaipa, but you missed alot.

It’s a cute city that has been overpopulated and lost its rural feel. Go through Oak Glen. That’s my favorite thing to do.
Oak Glen is beautiful!
Did you live in Yucaipa during the 90's? it was full of Orange groves.
@@esmith3438yes I did. It was sad to see them go. The smell was divine.

You can definitely find Newer homes in Banning CA which is about 25-30 minutes drive to the East.Closer to the Cabazon Outlets.
So... there is no Sears in Yucaipa. I know that you say "banks here", but you show a picture of Sears. Might want to change that. Just sayin
Thanks I know there isn’t, apologies it was just a quick snap we picked up for showcase.
