@@emmagaudet Thanks! The 1/2 is in Little Rock, Arkansas (about 2 hours from home). I plan on doing the St. Jude’s marathon in Memphis, TN in Dec 2025. It benefits St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. I only started running 4 months ago, with the goal of completing a 10k before my 45th birthday next month. Now a bunch of my co-workers are joining me on my journey. It’s been such a blessing!

Supreb effort. Just keep puttting one foot in front of the other! Thats enough! Dont load the pressure on and make it too difficult. 4 runs in 5 days is probably too much. Look back at where you were and what youve acheived and be proud, and realistic. Could you have dine a 10k run 5 months ago?
@@kimberleyvdw4 I actually just changed this week, I was doing the Nike app which is great but I felt like I needed something a little different so I’m on a trial with Runna! Stay tuned for that 👀👀
Oh thats great! I subscribed so looking forward to the video! I heard some great things abou5 Runna, but I also heard some people got injured woth it because the app told them to go too fast/long too soon in their training so please take care of yourself 🥰
