    Tempo runs are my favourite.
    I'd do them every day if my legs could handle it.
    Not that doing so would be a good idea of course.
    Intervals are a close second.

      I would agree for the most part... I loved the feeling after I kicked butt on a Tempo run. But they definitely put the most stress on my body

    Really good review. I agree with your point about easy runs. The pace seems quicker than most other plans recommend.

      Yeah. My Easy runs in Runna is about 45-60 secs/km too fast. If i did that i would be snack in zone 3

      I definitely had to slow down on my easy runs... My body wasn't getting the rest it needed and it was impacting my other runs.
