How to lower the difficulty in Shadow of the Erdtree | Elden Ring

A quick video explaining how the difficulty works in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree, and how to quickly (~10mins) get the first 5 Scadutree fragments, which will allow you to get to Scadutree blessing level 3
The Scadutree blessing level dictates how much damage you deal, and how much damage you can resists, basically making the game easier as you level the blessing higher and higher.
The video starts by showing you where to get to the map, and then shows the gameplay walking through where to find the first 5 scadutree fragments and how to use them at the sites of graces to increase blessing level, and lowering the difficulty of the game
