      You need to get a tiny barbell and do finger curls with it. You get those interossei muscles stronger, your rev rate will skyrocket.

    Fingers under the equator, elbow in, quick thumb exit, and good timing will maximize rev rate. Cuffed and cocked
    wrist positions control tilt and axis rotation as demonstrated in this excellent video. As presented, speed control is also extremely beneficial to adjustments made and applicable to lane conditions. Now, go practice. 🎳
