When you don't judge others it gives room for people to open up.
Trust me! People are so much filled up, they will be happy to have a person like you in life who accepts all.
Pink+Blue background is lit 🔥
It shows something like Masculine+Feminine
Great content Varun. Have loved CERO, both 1 and 2. Loved Scenes. And now the content here too is straight from the heart. You are our unfair advantage.
I've learnt this from Garyvee "when we stop judging ourselves then we will stop judging others" (& Vice Versa). This concept has been a game-changer🚀.
If you have link of that video then share here.
Let me try to find that video
Good stuff good stuff
How to not judge ourself? How do we correct ourself then?
Talking to people without being judgemental is the highest level of sophistication
The skill : How not to judge anyone the moment you met them
There's a thin line between judging people on first glance and ignorance of red flags
I made a snap judgment when the editor misspelled 'Racist' at 03:56
90 % agreed with you. Rest 10 % of self- judging based on intuition & experience & feeling, is also must for good survival.
Imagine a drunkard driver behaving weirdly to a lone lady in car, shouldn't she judge him based on her life experience and be cautious.
Remember everything cannot be black & white 😊
Another good one and super cool setup!!
Dude,your content is amazing .
I don't learn this much even in my college semester. Keep doing it.🙏😀😀😊😊
Make a live session with shewtabh gangwar .
People don’t have a problem with positively judging someone, they have with negatively judging them. You can’t have one without the other.
You shouldn’t do that either. You should reserve judgement till you know the person. It’s called the halo effect.
And the Golem Effect and Pygmalion Effect
Varun you shouldn't dilute your level of content that you provide just to get some more subscribers. Great content. Loved this video and the content you provide. ❤️
These days Varun is trying to reach more audience and when they will be here, they can peak into his life and see all of the smart information and his well documented journey has to say and learn from it and become smart as it is the agenda in the end
Just my perspective
That's 100% true
I was thinking about it recently and this video just dropped.

YT algorithms know what you will think before you know it.... Scary, but true......
I see the effort put into editing, keep growing Brother 🔥

"THINKING, FAST AND SLOW"
Your videos are worth watching💯
I notice a lot of intensity and involvement in what you do. You will grow fast if you routinely post videos. Good Conent. 👍
hey varun noting to say about the content it's great!! Just a small input i wanted to share that the bg music is just too good and also another add is it might be good for you if you don't include a solo piece of guitar or any instrument because many a times it just gets amplified as there are many musical notes which might distract the focus of the viewer to the music rather than the words and wisdom it will be better if you use a music that doesn't have too many moving pieces in it.
ONE OF THE BEST VIDEOS BY VARUN ,GREAT WORK

Super cool setup
*THATS SOOOOO DAMN TRUE!!! OBSERVED SO MANY TIMES!!*
nice video... much needed thing for every person
Quick Judgement help you to survive better, its not about accuracy, its about effectiveness.
It is likely that an Indian in India who dosent speak English is less educated than a person who does.
This is not same in other nations, but in India, this judgement is effective most of the times, though it not accurate.
..but extreme of anything is dangerous.
Judgement is some sort of vague calculation. It's fine as long as you're not way too invested in it.
good content bro
Thank you
loved it!
Wholesome video 🎉✨
Shit Varun. That is so Real and deep. Judging is one of the core problems with our society and with us why we don't get ahead in Life. Thanks for this video.🍺

Some people ask me how do so many people become friends with you so easily.
The only reason is that I judge less. It's not like absent, subconscious is there.
But I don't care where he is from, accent and all the drama.

Did you get the Sales Intern?
The moral of the story, not to make assumptions?
Same thing was mentioned in shwetabh Gangwar book
First impressions is bullshit
Data is the king which means in-order to form a conclusion about anyone you need a realistic amount of data about that person
But experience also counts, I have seen people from certain walks of life who share similar traits ...I know the brain is trying to make sense of things by extrapolation of previous data but sometimes that is pretty useful. Esp. if you're dealing with dangerous people. Not everyone is worth going to and talking to... Sometimes that "judgement" does help. In the context of what you said how does one navigate this ?
Valid question... I guess that's our gut giving us a short-cut red flag by squeezing every experience our brain has documented... One way to use it is listen to your gut when it's pulling your T-shirt like your loyal dog...but do not judge proactively for gossip or sadism or narcissism.....we usually know the difference☺
I don't know, I am good at snap judgement, saved me from lot of worse people
I wonder why that tattoed person still turns out to be a bully.🤦🤦
you look like Thomas Frank lite but in a good way
sir podcast m kyuni jaate ho aap kahi
Do u know about rebt...I would suggest you to learn about rebt ...it's similar to what u r saying.
So, if I have to figure out the random people whom I met once how he's he or not!
So, that I can deside have to meat that people again or not. Coz this is harmful or harmless in any case.
So, I think that's why our brain taking decisions on the basic of what he see.
Bhai ads laga di?
Nice background how to do it
magic
Stereotypes
.
I don't judge 🙂👀
Can proudly say, unrelatable.
Doesn't this argument about not judging the other person holds true even when that other person seems admirable to you? Like then stop judging him as good, logical, sensible even if he talks well, sense, uses clear speech, because NO JUDGEMENT. Right?
No. If you have enough context, you can judge people. The problem is "snap judgement".
Also this idea seems hypocritical, because if you say that I don't judge people, then bruh, why do you act in ways that are accepted by the society. Like then you don't have to wear clothes, look smart, speak English. If you don't 'judge' anyone, the structural integrity of society would simply collapse. What do you think?
@@namit-gupta i doubt. Peter Thiel has an incredible video about how many high performers have mild Aspergers, which makes them much less likely to give a shit. We'd have a much better world.
@@VarunMayya Hmm Fair! But evolutionally, our brains seem to be have evolved in such a way, to be able to judge 'in a snap' to predict if the situation is dangerous or not, what are different courses of action.... Doesn't this idea goes against the evolution? I propose that we should be able to 'judge' in a 'snap' but practice not to 'incline' or 'rely' towards that initial judgement and treat everyone with decency no matter what.
@@VarunMayya interesting... Thanks for replying 😃
But then judging people who judge people is the same, isn't it?
I don't think I could master this skill in my entire life cuz its a genetic thing
Please bring kunal shah varun 2+2 = 1000
Please
When you know the other is dumb but you still being non judgmental go to talk and waste your time , energy on him
This not applies here
12like
Please be a little more consistent 😸
Oka I cant control myself, but it’s “Racist”. Nice content you create tho no doubt about that :).
IT'S CALLED PRE CONCEIVED NOTIONS
The most essential skill is to learn is HOW TO UN LEARN 😏
Clickbaity title and thumbnail. Well done!
