Fast way to import DCS Joystick configurations

A windows re-install or a new PC build can mess up (blank) your DCS Joystick bindings, the way described here can get your devices set up quickly

Yes I am aware that DCS has an import option .... but
number of devices X number of planes == a lot of repetitive work
