Great. Be careful not to overload the tray tho. Very easy to overload. Did you use their provided t bolts to mount the tray? If so, they bend upon heavy and prolong usage.
Great video thanks. Any idea if these can be bolted on to any cross bar or are they only compatible with Rola cross bars? I was looking for something to attach to my HSP Rolla cover cross bars but they don't make a platform yet.
I'd say the platform can be bolted onto any surface (the bracket is just a hole really). That will also depend on your fabrication skills. Tho I'd much prefer mounting it on something like a unistrut or anything with a channel that holds a t bolt or channel nut. You can get them from rhino rack as roof rack accessories.
Thanks for asking. I took it off because I no longer need it. The platform is good and in good shape. Can't complain that. The T bolts provided though are disappointing. Obviously under-engineered. The bolt wings actually bent for my application (in any case they do not hold much weight). Also you can only use their channel nut for the platform. The nuts clearly says M8 but it seems only certain M8 bolt fit in OK... I'll make a review with this tray. Stay tuned.
I just fit the Titan to my Triton, loving it so far!

How has the Rola Titan tray hold up in the past year? Cheers

What's the wind noise like at different speeds?
I don't generally hear any wind noise. Or I'm not really aware of that
What size is the platform?
1200mm x 1200mm
Does this come with backbone? Or have compatibility
Why not just assemble it Rola and pack in a flat single carton?
Actually, you made a good point. But what's the fun of it when you don't need to do the DIY 😊
10:10 lol - number plate blur fail lol
Haha nevermind. Everything is a learning curve.
@@customcraftnadventure True, also 100% right with the bolts being a little awkward. They were all about .5mm short, but once tight they are snug.
