No way! I’d never heard of this game, then my wife finds it for $12 at an op shop while on holiday just last week, and now here’s the video for it- fantastic!
how good is the solo mode ? i always wanted to work around a solo mode for this "Diablo-ish" boardgame, We played co-op, changind and ajusting the final round a bit, with my ex girlfriend and had a lot of fun that way. This game should have been so much a Solo-Coop Game at is base ! Cheers !
I've not played it multiplayer (I did read the rules but couldn't tell you how it plays), but the solo mode is a lot of fun. It is a fun resource management / dice manipulation puzzle, that plays quickly. This is important when I have less than an hour to relax after work. The trick seems to be finding a level of difficulty that isn't too easy or too hard. I made these videos while still getting the hang of it on "steady" difficulty, but the fourth video (Outlaw) will be on "hectic" difficulty.
