Warner is telling Democratic senators that Biden can no longer remain in the election in the wake of his faltering debate performance, according to the people familiar with private conversations who spoke on the condition of anonymity to speak freely. Warner has told others that he is deeply concerned that Biden is not able to run a campaign that could beat former president Donald Trump."

The Senators should use the 25th amendment as leverage and say they will call upon the majority of the cabinet to oust him.

Given Biden's recent statements and the bad advice he is getting from his wife and son, Biden would likely challenge any attempt by his cabinet or Congress to invoke the 25th amendment. If he challenges Congress on the attempt to invoke the amendment, it takes 21 days to clear the challenge. Removing him would require a 2/3rds vote of Congress.
That process leaves him in office for at least a month from the day it starts to the eventual Congressional vote. If 2/3rds of Congress don't approve, he stays in office, even if by just 1 vote.
The timing is terrible. Basically, if Biden does not voluntarily withdraw within the next week, the election and the country are doomed.

That is true but it doesn't seem to be the case with Biden. He most definitely has dementia. Organic aging can cause slower responses and diminished cognitive abilities. Our brains become lighter as we age and smaller. This is why it is not good for someone to be in a position of power at such an advanced age regardless if they have dementia or not.

Seems to me if it's that bad, there is no reason for the Democrats to deny him the nomination at the Convention. It's not freaking rocket science. The reason for clutching pearls is because of the LAW. By LAW, Biden's delegates MUST vote for him at the convention. So, he has it locked up unless he "releases" them. It is not the choice of the Democratic Party anymore....it is only Biden who can decide.
