I've added a viper alarm to mine along with a detachable steering wheel. I know if someone tries hard enough they can still take it. But having a noisy alarm screaming in the middle of the night would make them want to leave before someone comes out. But it still gives me piece of mind that they won't just get in and start it and drive it off if it was stock.
First of all, thanks for the video. I’m going to be doing something similar on my machine. I know they have kill switches for the battery and the basic switches like you installed for the fuel pump. But I’m thinking of a combo, one for the starter solenoid and one for the fuel pump. If they have the nerve to steal your machine, then they won’t mind just sitting there grinding on the starter. Besides probably being overkill, what are your thoughts on that.
Hey Bo! Those two aren't unreasonable, but if you really love your machine that much my advice would be to install the fuel cutoff switch, then get yourself a nice quick disconnect steering wheel. One of the nicer manufacturer who makes them is Assault Industries. Cody always takes his steering wheel off even when it's sitting in his garage. He loves it!
Hi Friend, this is done by conducting a simple test using your voltmeter. You can disconnect a wire from the fuse box of the fuel relay and turn the key. If that wire has a 12 volt signal then it's the hot wire. Let me know if you have additional questions.
Did you just tap into the (+) wire at the fuel relay to break the circuit or did you have to tap into the (-) as well? Or just the (+) and then the (-) can be grounded from kill switch to body or another ground site?
I tapped into the positive and negative wires to break the fuel relay circuit completely. That made me feel sure that if it failed, I would know where to trouble shoot in the future, but it won't. I hope this helps.
This was actually useless. Showed nothing about how to wire it, where you filtered the wire through, what devices you used to do all the work . just useless.
Great video! We miss you guys!

Wow, I never thought of putting an alarm on it. That's actually a great idea. Thanks!
Excellent kill switch installation my friend
Thanks bud!!
Liking that idea 😎

where did you find which terminals where the + & - wires on the relay. Is the relay marked?

How are we supposed to take this comment serious when it's from "Homer Simpson"?
