agree to use appropriate equipment but just for the record it was a fall from height from a stepladder onto the metal which was pointing upwards, on the video here it is horizontal on and off a forklift with no working at height in the area . There is a developing pattern in your interesting vlogs Thomas, whereby you spend a lot of time, certainly in the space of the vlog, tidying up, and sorting out the mess that your employees are creating. It is nice to work for an amenable boss, but some types take advantage and need a stern word on how to perform their role properly. I look forward to your next instalment, hopefully without so much clearing up after others!
couldnt agree more, too much time wasted chasing his tale, in his previous vids a couple of years ago he was out on saturday morning washing the guys vans for them and tidying out the back of them

Because you are using your vehicles only for your work and not hauling other peoples products for them you could operate a 7.5 on a restricted operators license because you do not go abroad with said vehicles. You could potentially employ what they call a remote transport manager, they will ensure your tax graph records are up-to-date and monitored and will hold liability as operator license holder. Many small companies do this
You seem to be in my neck of the woods a lot any closer and you'll be moving in 🤣i know that spot well.. i think every dealership and delivery hub had those Rolec chargers.. lucky if they last a year.. absolute dog ***t
the time uv wasted bringing the van back from test centre fixing it & taking it back makes no sense, u are costing urself time & money & adding unnecessary stress to ur life
