Love the way you appreciate the people that have helped you in the start up of the company like the one that gave you the fork lift. Some would have forgotten him a long while ago.
Baz, great to hear you're letting Sam work at his own speed building the grid. No point him rushing a job while he's learning the skill. Speed will come with confidence and that's growing with everyday.
Credit to you bringing young blood into the industry.
Yeah he's got a long way to go but for 16 he's flying
Your work speaks for itself and I’m sure you’ll never run out of it. These other folks are going to discover that people talk, and probably not for the better.
hello Mr Baz , is very interesting to see your video , because I am a French Mécanic man , and you are a very good teacher .
cheers bud
Appreciate the camera therapy session, Baz. Watching you grow and being honest about it is what makes this channel one of the best 💪
Hi Baz, nothing like a nice bit of heavy plant and a guy who looks after his equipment.
He does more than any1 I know
@@welderfabber 👍
Great video, hats off to all The Welder Fabber team not forgetting the usualy invisible Director. Keep up the good work boys.👍
I had a lad do that to me once. He didn’t do it again after I gave him a mouthful in front of my customer! Good on you Baz!
Just finished this one on my tea break, great team of lads, and another enjoyable chapter.Time is very precious with the young lads, don't know where the years are going.
Nice to see your company growing fast. Am glad you have your first big bucket can't wait to see the video on that. Fantastic video Baz. Brilliant job Sam you are like a professional already keep up the good work
Nice episode Baz, great to see Sam doing sterling work. Also giving the little ones great memories.
Baz, it's great to see the young lads with their proud fathers. Brings me back to my dad bringing 3 boys to his construction jobs. He used to say working hard was easier to do than keep 3 boys from fighting on the job! I like how your face lights up when you talk to the boss and Jack' s biceps. BTW, I had every bit of confidence when you started out that you'd soon need more room! Congrats on growing your business. Cheers.
Pleasure to watch you work mate and the people coming for the work are just desperate, your work ethic and quality work will always shine through
Don't 💩 where you eat, it's a small world.
yeah it is
Great Video. Good things come to those who do Good. Cal is the Man. Be safe.
you too bud
Saw a few of your frames you built for Mac Civils outside the QVC building in Kirkby yesterday. Keeps them barriers nice and tidy...
I'm only 8 minutes in,great chapter already, brilliant first bucket to be asked to make, will make a great chapter or two. Now I've to go back into work I'll watch the rest later 👍🏻
Your Dad will be so proud of you Dan and the Director 💯 proper Boys 👊🏻👊🏻
Thanks for the video Bazz good honest work done right; Price costs if you're a little overpriced but you do a better job and it lasts and it offers specifications over standard; for me it's the way to go; nothing is built too strong and never breaks.
Wow if it’s only 6 month old company you are doing very well. Thanks for sharing
Great episode!
Hey Baz.
Can you give us an update on those tipper bodies you were going to build for the drainage outfit. Is that still going to happen or did you send the job elsewhere?
Got a meeting next week to go over designs
Hi guys any update on the big ADT skips that bullens did?
U just keep putting out the great work that your doing people will stick with your top company love your work keep it going baz
A credit to you love information detailing your work and the chat and love the channel

Hurry up with me next fix of welderfabber director loving the content, yet another mint episode can’t wait to see the new yard 👌👌
Another great video into the mind and workings of Welderfabber👍
Hi Baz
Great chapter
We where in a similar stiulation to you when growing a fab company needing a bigger forklift or crane an trying to way up the costs
We ended up getting a combi lift without the extra legs best thing we did
We have now grown again and have installed a crane with the possibility of installing another
Good luck
letss go sam. ur work wont go unappreciated
Authenticity is what draws viewers to your channel and customers to your business.
Great chapter.
Cost break downs are easy baz!!! 😂😂
I’ve always been “that’s the price to do it and it’s £0 not to do it!” 😂😂
I’m a tree surgeon and I’m exactly the same, it’s either take it or leave it, if they can’t afford me then that’s not my problem
Upgrading the plasma table is a good idea. Does the company not do a gas torch attachment ( like the Kutavar that Snowball Engineering uses?) That would give you more flexibility.
yes it does
Busy busy, well done Baz and people with you
yet again another great video well done all involved keep up the good work
Hello my friends…celebrating my 72 nd birthday today…cheers, Paulie Brown in Orlando, Florida❤
Happy birthday lad
Great content as normal Baz . Camera is very good quality . And i can watch it all now .
Evening Baz & gang.. (hi from Down Under).. Fantastic chapter as always. Excellent work on the grate by Sam. Love the longer videos. Good selection of jobs youve shown here. Wow.. how quick the company has grown. Dont overwork yourselves. Happy Holidays & all the best.
right back at you
Baz, Great Chapter, good to see you look after your staff, Cal and Sam growing with his skills every week, getting young talent now is harder then ever. When you find them make sure you keep them.
I'm sure he wil
I remember my Dad bringing me to the dealership workshop as a youngster back in the days before Health & Safety legislation and insurance worries put a stop to things of that sort. Good chapter.
Little Jack the main Mon your face lit up when you seen him your a good man Baz
Strong growth
Thanks Baz for another great chapter. It is really good that you show people what a bit of hard graft can achieve. All the very best for your business and the team who work for you and your brother.
Cheers bud
Cracking chapter again you might be talking a lot but it’s all part of the story and journey
As always Stay Safe and crack on lad to the next one
You gotta put everything in starting a business then I can ease off a bit when I get the team upto speed and more lads
It’s great too see how far you have come in ah few months baz and always buying new tackle make jobs easier 😊
Yeah Me & Director not getting a good wage its all going back in for 1-2 years
Aircraft hanger you and director will need top guys❤
Track bars are an awesome idea . If I was running any type of tracked machine in any enviroment I would have track bars installed . Constantly knocking off dirt and mud in a construction enviroment has to be a great thing .
Excellent content 👍
Thank you! 👍
Some slimey smakes slithering through the grass, baz no doubt weather they find your your hour wage they will never compete with welderfabber, best in the business pal keep up the amazing work your smashing it
Great video baz enjoyed it really interesting and great to see u all doing so well
Brilliant video
Another fantastic video looking forward to u making your own buckets u have great craftsmen working for u
From Houston love your show
thanks for watching James
Evening Baz. Watching from Australia.
Brilliant to see a family business with morals and principles growing, far and few between now. ps ( I think you need a bigger space😂) keep it up ✌🏻
My Grandad used to say don't 5hit on your own doorstep and don't bite the hand that feeds you. I really miss him he taught me a lot of things that stood me well in my trade of repairing HGV's and Lancer Boss shipping container fork lifts.
Your guys are very good on cos u have got very good equipment your guys are only as good as as the tools they use
As much as you don’t want to do grates and wash plants Baz, they are great for Sam to learn, but I get where you’re coming from mate.
We'll still do them for certain customers and yes you are right good for learning
So agree with you quoting jobs . Your social media channels exhibt very well your quality workmanship . People either except or reject your quote nothing complicated about it . I work in a large rail maintenance facilty . All persons at my work place are reasonably looked after $ wise . We have a lot of mechanics on staff . Some of them do bits and pieces on the side . Some years ago one of my colleages was recomended to reapir a car I think it may have been a transmission repair . My colleage who is a very skilled trades person . Perfectionist to be exact . Submitted a quote . The respone came back can you do a payment plan . In an instant my colleague lost interest in the job . Some dont get you do a job for a price to make it worth while doing and you are not interested in B/S . When ever I put my car in for a service the price is the price . Yes agreed Sam is doing a great job . Awesome to see the young boy in the work shop . One of the problems with todays society this not allowed to happen often enough .
I love the content, plus I can understand your accent because I come from GT Harwood. I now live down South, but it's fantastic to see what you, Callum and Dan are achieving. Top man.
Wishing you and yours all the very best 😄. Cheers.
Morning guy's,
Another great episode full of new content.
Looking forward to the bucket build.
Congratulations on the new yard I didn't think it would take long to outgrow where you are lol.
Stay safe
Thanks 👍
Great video Baz all these jobs you get are just fantastic
Thanks Keith
Another cracking video lads ❤❤
Brilliant content Baz good luck with everything you do now and in the future keep the videos coming and watch out for the sly people who are trying to steal your work mate👍👊✊give them a smack if they don’t take a hint
Love these busier videos with less time lapses
We just put out what we do Director leaves a lot out, but just enough for it to make sense
class BAZ you can get some big side loaders think it was a 7 ton one we had at a place in workington Cumbria where I worked we made the wing section for the airbus on the A380 superjumbo in 30mtrs lengths off a 5500 ton extrusion press I worked on all gone now some big big machines
Good evening from New Zealand boys and girls
Great vid baz all these jobs you get are awesome brilliant you are so busy keep up great content all the best.👍😎🍺
Thanks Richard

Hi big baz love watching u all young Sam has came a long way with u teaching him welllove watching cal don’t let anyone beat u mate your a good boss with ya lads I’ve watched u from day one keep safe mate keep up the good vlogs
Top man cheers 👍
love to see the growth! 💪 makes me want to get after it harder!
Daniel at Ashville had the same problem Baz ...people trying to uncut is customer...just b careful what u say & put out there Baz...can't believe how well and how far you've got in 6mths..👍💪
Awesome video thanks lads very much appreciated top job top team and very informative 👍🇬🇧
No problem 👍
Totally agree with you about pricing work..the price is the price and there is no such thing as a free price.
Just got home from a grueller of a day, a beer and WF 🍻
Just watched Snowball engineering cutting with a gas torch, (and getting a perfect cut with 25mm plate). on his plasma machine. Is that something you've thought about and dismissed. If so for what reason. Great watching your content and well put together vids.
Alright baz, another great video so thanks director. Just wondering if there’s a reason all track guards are only fixed on the inner of the track frame? I’m sure they’re strong enough but if they were fixed both sides? Is it a width issue for when machines are on wagons?
That, and these work fine so if its not broke no need to reinvent it
Does that extractor system for the gun make any difference for keeping it cool?
Nice one Baz and lads👍👍👀
Shoutout to the director for using some Phonk music 🎶 I love it! Keep using Phonk
Great chapter, big cat needs to look out for the little mice.
Dont have to thank us Baz, we need to thank you for your attention to detail in fabrication works keep up the great work . Yeah was plenty of waffle but sometimes you need the waffle.
Much appreciated
as always great work. great chapter .respect
Fantastic chapter. Sam's working on his own he has done a fantastic job on the grid great to hear you have more room. This is my Saturday morning which love it well done to all you guys at wf and dtm boys stay safe all. 👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks Garry
Was a hard week this one, once the rain comes it makes work life hard. Really looking forward to a break. I am wondering if my cousin is going to appear on an episode huge buisness in Manchester. A matter of time I must ask him when I see him.
Just like me old man said to me when i first set up no freinds in business always the ones you dont expect to snake about cadging work keep up the good content 👌
I see you got the Elephant…a lot less stress on the weldor’s wrists from the smoke vacuuming contraption on the gun that will end up as carpal tunnel disease…and fast too…I have had it and it is painful…good choice…Paulie aBrown
Cracking video Baz. Everything is coming on nicely. Great to see the kids with their Dads. Visiting my daughter in Chicago for Thanksgiving and it’s -9C, wind chill off Lake Michigan taking it down to -15C.🥶🏴🇺🇸
Good morning baz n team 👍👍👍👍
Another great video Baz and crew
Thanks 👍
What comes around goes around. 👊🏻
BAZ, have you thought about making heavy duty carts about one meter high to transport your long steel into the shop , straight through the door, once in shop, the forklift can pickup and move…2 would be good, the height should be high enough so those pushing will not have to bend over….and the wheels should be steel with one set fixed and the other swivel…I have used this to great help….our carts were 1000x1500 mm….when not in use, if you make same height as weld table, they can be used as extensions for table, open frame, and open tubes on ends flush with surface so you can drop in smaller tube to keep material from falling off and use as handles for steering cart….i do not like using all swivel wheels as they can be hard to steer….i hope this makes sense, Paulie Brown, you could also make slightly shorter in height so you could put a plate on surface when using as bench….maybee drill holes in plate to use as fixture table or a way to clamp in middle of table????❤
👍knew that was going to be said about those poaching your customers🤣 only top up AFTER you have fully charged the battery, that’s because when discharged it sucks the water into the cells giving a false level & only charge when the discharge indicator gets down to the Red, otherwise the battery will get memory & not discharge fully well done on the progress of the company all 👍
Good advice 👍
Morning guys
This episode has been awesome ❤
cheers
Your right baz those moments when the kids are young definitely cherish them times ...as a kid life takes for ever seeing them grow is unbelievably fast 😢😂
so true
Cracking video Baz and the guys. You are growing faster each video. Those guys who are trying to undercut you may find themselves losing work because of their actions.
Yeah its a small group of us to be honest and that gives you a bad name
Good vlog chaps
Great episode Baz , I really look forward to every one, shame on your so called friends trying to rob your Jobs, I always used to say they will need me before I need them, good luck with everything you do
As the old saying goes "Be nice to the people you meet on the way up; they are the same people you meet on the way down" (many variations) - I have a feeling these people are going to find out sooner rather than later
Regarding the Overhead crane you could buy a Combi forklift giving you a forward & sideways driving option with larger beams. Also the 4 way Moffet or Palfinger versions are an option whilst not as good as a the Combi for constant daily use but these are available in more off highway versions where as the Combi is more concrete surface only. Any of these would get you out of trouble until you decide.
yeah we looking at all options
Can dan take on the wash ramps i think getting rid of that work could be a mistake if things quiet.
But the decision is yours , and keep up the great work.
I’m not getting rid off them mate. I have an order for one now that will be running through the shop shortly. But my passion is working on plant.
