People who say this won't work or that won't work, fail to realize that the average punk on the street is not a pro or even a semi pro boxer or fighter. You'd be surprised at how slow some guys throw punches. Some guys are slow on their feet and if you're slow on your feet, you'll be slow with your punches and kicks.

Then try ask the trainer for a sparring. Ito mga lousy hindi nag training or experience ng martial arts. Ito pa ang marami sat2x bweweee nasusuka ako sa inyo. Mag jakol na lang kayo
