Minsan may nakita ako sa Luneta, jan din ata iyon. Ang naaalala komung mataba. Bag lang sya nun. Nahihiya lng ako mag approach at medyo bad trip ako. Sayang. I think same group after ko makita ang isa sa mga video nila. Salute to all of you!

this art is been hidden for generations even hide it to a Filipino dance called "maglalatik"you can search it in google what is maglalatik. to our ancestor this is a sacred art to us..it is hidden for centuries for the invaders specially spanish. most Filipino dance have martial arts hidden in it... many Filipino specially children dance the maglalatik and they got good flow and reflexes without noticing it. even my grandfather tell me this secrets.
I always felt so embarrassed to do that dance half naked, on stage, with coconuts tied to my body. They told us kids it was a warrior dance, but we didn't really believe them. We understood so little then.
Ang galing no! Sa sayaw naman itinago ngayon. Sabi ko na nga ba e. Yan un sayaw na may bao- manlalatik. Marami pang ibang nakatago sa mga sayaw. Sana mailahad pa.

Most of people think that MMA is the best ever for real self-defense, but in the reality it's letal to try to submit someone in a small place Luke a restroom or elevator or in a ground, with knives or baseball bats with his friends helping him beat you at the same time.
+Ronindanielsimons Simpson any sane martial artist would know when to back out on a fight especially if they are a group of thugs with baseball bat, knives in small space.. worst case scenario, get the guy with the baseball bat first.
MMA is not all submission of the opponent. There's also punches, kicks and kness involved. And if you train Muay Thai you can also learn how to defend yourself with elbows.
The best thing a person can do, is learning from different martial arts and become a good fighter for any situation.
SomeGuy w/c muai thai? the one being taught by some white dude in a padded gym, where you cross train in Brazilian rob my nuts against yours. Yeah watching too much Ongbak again....
