Hi, nice to hear from you again. Too much luggage, I think😅, when we travel, we use only 2 bags thats more than enough. Always have too much clothing, and thats not good. But ya, you know about traveling. Can't wait to see this journey and what places you're going to visit. Don't worry about being different. We are all not the same. Thanks for sharing your adventures. ❤
Yes, no, and yes except I would ask Magic what the quickest route to Thailand is. You guys never said why you took the long route. Better connection times?
We did similar two months ago Arizona - California - Amersterdam - Bangkok - Khon Kaen area, so yeah makes for a long 2 days! I was just starting "Travel Hacking Masterclass" Sure hope I learn how to travel more directly ; ) After we ran into you guys in Chiang Mai we drove to Wat Phra That Phat Sorn Kaew in Phetchabun (but not before eating more Khao Soi). Check it out as it may be of interest once you see the images of the area, really spectacular Temple up in the mountains. You can rent tents on the mountain side above the temple. Send me a PM if you guys are open to great but non-touristy Thai travel ideas. Enjoy
I love the Buddhist temples with their gold domes and spires! My mother had about ten dresses made for her from beautiful intricate Thai silk.... those dresses have held up for over 50 years!!!
I’m guessing the “whining and complaining” part doesn’t get put on video for everyone to see. I’m sure the girls have their moments. They’re human kiddos…….. Having said that, I agree, they look like great voyagers ☺️
This exhausts me just watching it. I need to break my trips down into longer stays or I'd be exhausted and not enjoy any of it. Thanks for all the helpful tips!
Your girls are absolutely marvelous. All that travel in 48hours! Street food in Chang Mai. My granddaughter attended University of ChangMai. You must be careful eating street food. She was hospitalized twice during the semester due to food poisoning.
When we lived in Indonesia we NEVER drank the tap water... we boiled it and then put it through an expensive filter at the time. Eating popsicles or any uncooked street food was highly discouraged (dysentery risk) ...but we did partake in the thoroughly cooked or fried food occasionally.
Chloe, I get it. I wouldn’t flight 48 hours straight cause even on vacation I love to sleep. I’m happy for the girls making memories with their parents. That’s a blessing! ❤️
Well, I am worn out so I know you are! I love to travel, but no way would I go through all that! I know you all love doing it so more power to you. Now hurry up and get home so we can get this house built!!! Hugs to the girls!
Wow, what a trip! Makes me so so grateful that I don’t need to travel anymore! Too many flights, with or without kids, private and business, too much hassle with security, some nights with cancelled flights sleeping on the floors of airports, flights cancelled just in front of your nose, instead chaos with busses. I am grateful to just stay at home and watch your adventures from my safe place in Ireland (you probably flew just above me on your way to Munich, and you missed the closed airport due to tons of snow yesterday and today)
I LOVED it as a child in the late 60s & early 70s... but now in my 60s I dread it. We got to fly those long over-the-Pacific Ocean flights from California to the Philippines or Japan or Sydney Australia, or Singapore... then to our destination in Djakarta, Indonesia ...in a luxurious and spacious (double-decker w/spiral staircase) 747 which also had a lounge and bar.... that underage children could not enter... so my parents would leave me (I was 12-14) to babysit my two to four-year-old brother to stretch their legs and quaff a few drinks and even dance on board! I think my mother met several famous singers who were performing for the troops in Vietnam... and then in hotels in Southeast Asia.
Oh my god! That would be a nightmare for me. I'm a pretty tall and large guy so plane seats are always too small for me. That's one of the reasons why I avoid flying as much as I can. Now I pretty much drive everywhere in Europe (from Belgium).
fun thing about thai airline... every flight has meal service. the flight from bangkock to koh samui is 45-55 minutes and you get a meal. the flight attendants really have to work to get everyone fed and picked back up in that time.
Hi Guys… new to your channel today …. I’m led up with a pulled back and just watching Bradley work so hard on the build recap was making my back ache some more… fair play Bradley! Loving your story …. Lovely family 🤗👍🏻❤️
...you must go back to their videos about their gorgeous stone cabin in the Italian Alps and see their beautiful adventures there rebuilding their stone house... they're fabulously cheerful, fun-loving, and kind people. Never a dull moment!
I am so jealous of you guys. You are doing just exactly what I've always wanted to do all my life....and never had the chance to. I love watching your videos and feel enriched by watching them. Be safe in all your travels.😊😊❤❤❤
I know that feeling of pure exhaustion. On one occasion I kept nodding off onto the shoulder of a complete stranger. It takes me days before my body feels normal again. But I love it, so much fun and you meet fantastic people along the way. ❤ Love from Ireland ❤
I fell asleep with my head on a guys lap. Oh my goodness was I embarrassed. Nice kid never said a word. Didn't get up , he just let me sleep almot 7 hours. Thank goodness he wasn't a weirdo. 🤣 🤭🤭😊
I did a 12 hour flight and then a 9 hour flight. I didn't feel like it was too bad, but so glad to get off the plane. You guys are pros! I watch new releases on the plane, or whatever I can find to watch.
the longest travel day ive had was 26 hours of airport and plane time with a couple hours of taxi and uber on each end. the strange thing is once i hit the ground at the destination im ready to go, go, go... its the next morning that kicks my butt.
Just the thought of going to the airport charges my batteries. And then once aboard my flight and the engines are charged up for take off I almost cry I’m sooo excited. I love to travel and have been traveling the world since I was 5 yrs old …72 years ago!
Wow! You all are amazing! Quite impressive how Chloe was still skipping to board the last plane on your 48 journey. Hope you all are having a great time traveling. It is exhilarating to travel. Often wish for much much more travel to far away places.
I love the way everyone is so well adapted to travel, & cope with so little sleep. You’re awesome family! Love the way the girls are so well behaved and loving caring individuals. From Long Beach, California. I’m not able to travel at all due to several cervical spine surgeries and many medical procedures, but you take me along with you (that’s my way to travel), while watching your travel videos. Well done 😊
@RaisingVoyagers I'm game! We too are neck deep in renovating an old house right now but once we're done and settled in, I plan to take your travel hacking course. We love to travel and would love it even more if it was on the cheap! Enjoy your time!!
I hope her ear is better it's awful to be sick or in any sinus discomfort on a plane. I have not traveled in years due to disabilities and finances. I love watching your adventures but with my issues, travel days are behind me.
If I could fly first class I would love to travel on long flights, but since I can't afford that, I think flying more than 4 hours is torture. I cannot sleep sitting up straight. I'll just watch other people like you guys to see other countries.
What a positive attitude, I HATE being jet jagged, you feel so miserable, to make it worse you have two kids with you so you have to keep it together. We use to try to break our long hauls up, lots of international airports have motels. Good on you guys for that positive attitude. I watch movies but I try to sleep. Hate flying so don’t sleep well. 💕
Isla Mujeres!? We love it there. I hope you took video that you will release later. We stay at El Milagro that is on west side and middle part of island. I recognized some of the clips you had at the start. Got to admit a bit disappointed that you were leaving and traveling for 2 days. Though the end destination was nice. Our nephew lived in Thailand for his masters degree. I want to go someday.
I would also go to the back and do push ups or wall squats to get my blood circulating to wake up and just move around. I remember flying on a 380 Bus style aircraft and it had a top level with stairs to upper deck. They also had a store in the aircraft.
love it that you take the time to work out, stretch and entertain your girls.. yes i do watch movie on long flights thanks for sharing how go sleep for a day lol looks really Beautiful a place Ive never been to
I used to love to travel, but it’s changed so much in the past 50 years. So I think that I have been spoiled by the ease of travel in the 70s and 80s. Having had that experience today’s version seems stressful. …exciting too, but layered with stress. I am also 62 with autoimmune issues that get worse with a lot of foods and sitting still. I might watch a movie if the view is obscured by clouds or darkness, otherwise my face is mashed up against the window. lol Love your frames, Heather. Super cute on you.
Beautiful video! I love watching your family thrive & rise to every challenge. I am currently in my 10th year of full time travel &, believe me, I would never set myself up for that kind of agenda. If the plane stopped after 10 hours, I'd be getting off in whatever country it landed in & enjoying 3 - 5 days of down time in the stop over city. Lol! Bravo to all 4 of you. You guys are troopers & my heros today. Enjoy Chang Mai.
I did my student teaching in Bangkok, Thailand in 1980 at the American International School. I still have fond memories of the sights and sounds I encountered. Visiting many of the wats, taking klong trips around the city, traveling on a houseboat up the river to Chang Mai, visiting a rural village with fields of poppies all around, traveling all around the city on a Baht Bus, seelor or saumlor ... (not sure of all the spellings!). And the people are so amazingly friendly!
When you live in Tasmania 48hrs is par for the course. I love travel but very rarely do we get short trips. We usually go a flight to get to mainland Australia, then the quickest way to Europe is 14 hours to Dubai then 10 hours to a main European airport then the location we are heading to. This is so common and often we do this . A quick flight for us is Asia which usually is about 16hrs.
For three years up to early 2020 I traveled from Auckland New Zealand to the UK four times a year (and returned). All trips through Dubai with Emirates. I found my body go used to that extended cycle, so jet lag was never an issue. But you were brave going the route you did.!
So envious in a good way. My husband and I went to Spain 1st time. It was miserable for him because he's 6'6" and even premium economy wasn't comfortable enough for him and I have MS so I can't sit in exit seats so he can be more comfortable. But I love to see you all enjoying at least the first part of your trip till tiredness sets in, love this video to see the ins and outs.
We have always considered flying as part of the holiday. Since our Youngest Son was 18 months old We have fun all over the world and he took to it like a duck to water Our first flight with him and his older brothers was to New Zealand and they had a great time. They were so well behaved we got given a bottle of wine.
Being Australian, I only ever seem to take flights that are minimum 24 hours long. It's exciting, and then I get worried about the plane crashing, then I relax and watch movies, tv shows, etc. Then I am exhausted. My pet hate is people who recline their seats in front of me without checking if I am ok with that. I'd love to know who your favourite international airline is.
so you are the nerdy guy who prevents everybody else from sleeping through by walking the aisle every now and then. just always if i think i can sleep again!!
Are direct flights from Mexico to Thailand so much more expensive? Just wondering. I couldn't do this kind of journey, my back would have just died doing this, you are real troopers! Love watching your travels
I will do almost anything to avoid commercial air travel. I am a licensed pilot, so I am not afraid to fly. And I have flown across the Atlantic a few dozen times on business. It is just so much hassle and stress and nasty people and standing around and waiting in lines and being uncomfortable. I am over it.
Are we Crazy? Would you travel 48 hours nonstop? Use Magic to plan your next trip! bit.ly/49yeMWG

Only wear black tee shirts?
We did similar two months ago Arizona - California - Amersterdam - Bangkok - Khon Kaen area, so yeah makes for a long 2 days! Yes! I Love going to Europe ❤, and your trip reminded me of that same thrill and enthusiasm 😃
💜🌺💜🌺💜🌺💜🌺💜
Well come to Thailand❤❤❤, I followed you 1 year ago, and I'm glad you know my country and visited here.😊😊😊
I love the Buddhist temples with their gold domes and spires! My mother had about ten dresses made for her from beautiful intricate Thai silk.... those dresses have held up for over 50 years!!!
Oh my gosh, the most I can travel is 3 hours! You guys made it look easy.
thank you for another great video
I am totally exhilarated by travel. I’m the crazy smiling lady in TSA Precheck. 🎉😊❤
I have always loved travel! Airports and train stations are awesome as are cars, planes and trains 💯 %!
Wow I’m tired just keeping up with all this travel. Your girls are so good at this. No complaining or whining. You all rock. 😊
I pay to use the special lounges. They are worth the money and quiet. Food and drink included, some include showers.
Amazing how your girls handle this. My back hurts just watching this. Chloe gave the BEST advice at the end.
Your children are amazing!!! Takes great parents to raise good people!
I traveled from London to New Zealand. First London to LA, from there to Auckland. 30 hours total. Long trip but totally worth it.
Wow, the things your children learn with traveling is so wonderful.
I'm with Heather, I LOVE airports and the adventure of all of it!
I'm reminded of that old movie, "If it's Tuesday, it must be Belgium"!
They’re just such sweet people. I wish them well.
No way I could do back to back 10 hour flights! Do it while you can!
Well, I am worn out so I know you are! I love to travel, but no way would I go through all that! I know you all love doing it so more power to you. Now hurry up and get home so we can get this house built!!! Hugs to the girls!
I’m amazed at how well the kids travel with you. You are great parents. Thanks for sharing.
They probably don't know any better...just saying. I guess it's been this way since they were born. They don't have a choice
I feel the same, it isn't exciting to me. I don't like plane rides.
You guys are troopers!! The girls did such a great job through these 48 hours of travel! Welcome to Asia :)
" If your wondering , I would never do this again" lol priceless, loved that
Wow 48 hours of travel ,I don't think I could deal with that! The girls did great❤
We have done 40 plus hours of travel a few times… the most recent was 4 adults and 6 kids … you basically sit back and go along for the ride😊
Good job guys,l love you so much family ❤❤❤🎉🎉🔥🔥God bless you 🙏🙏
I agree, international travel is so much fun and I also get so excited when I step into that first airport 🙂
I LOVED it as a child in the late 60s & early 70s... but now in my 60s I dread it. Loved the way Chloe skipped on to most of the planes... like 'this is a piece of cake'... That was crazy... cheers for sharing...
Aww thank you so much for sharing this beautiful journey with us
It's Great To See You Guys On Your Trip. When I Went Away along Time ago I remember being tired when I Traveled and having ear problems.
I hardly ever leave my town in Colorado. This was amazing to see. Your family is fantastic. Your kids are living a great life! Thank you for sharing.
Oh my god! That would be a nightmare for me. I'm a pretty tall and large guy so plane seats are always too small for me. That's one of the reasons why I avoid flying as much as I can. Now I pretty much drive everywhere in Europe (from Belgium).

Your girls are real troopers. CHEERFUL THROUGHOUT AND NO WHINING OR TANTRUMS. A CREDIT TO THEIR PARENTS.
I started going to Isla mujares when I was 18, I’m 62 now.
I am so jealous of you guys. You are doing just exactly what I've always wanted to do all my life....and never had the chance to. I love watching your videos and feel enriched by watching them. Be safe in all your travels.😊😊❤❤❤

I love to travel. I usually travel with my car, but when I do get to fly it's always a joy ride.
I love going somewhere, flying somewhere, even if I'm tired or hurting.
I LOVE traveling. I hate the security line, but after that, I'm golden.
I did a 12 hour flight and then a 9 hour flight. I didn't feel like it was too bad, but so glad to get off the plane. You guys are pros! I watch new releases on the plane, or whatever I can find to watch.
Great Job! The kids are good travelers…beautiful so happy you can do this
I love Chloe's enthusiasm! Still skipping after all that travel! Oh the stamina of youth!
Cloe's comments are the best. Please let her handle the camera more❤
Have you all a great time travelling💖

Absolutely love to travel! The noise on a flight knocks me out! Cannot wait to travel again very soon, I miss it so much
Wow! You all are amazing! Quite impressive how Chloe was still skipping to board the last plane on your 48 journey. Hope you all are having a great time traveling. It is exhilarating to travel. Often wish for much much more travel to far away places.
nothing beats travelling!!!! Hoping your're having a great time.
Oh Isla Mujers is one of my favourite places on the planet. I lived there for 6 months. Hope you had a wonderful break.
I love the way everyone is so well adapted to travel, & cope with so little sleep. You’re awesome family! Love the way the girls are so well behaved and loving caring individuals. We’re not traveling much right now but I find travel exhilarating, Love it!
Awesome international family adventures!!! 🥰❤️❤️❤️🎶🎶🎶❤️❤️❤️🇨🇦
I don’t think I would even try it! I’d have to break it up because fear of flying makes travel exhausting for me- even if it’s just a 2 hour flight🫤
Living in New Zealand these flights are pretty standard to get to Europe
@RaisingVoyagers I'm game! We too are neck deep in renovating an old house right now but once we're done and settled in, I plan to take your travel hacking course. We love to travel and would love it even more if it was on the cheap! Enjoy your time!!
Travel is exhausting, especially with kids. You did a great job capturing the journey ❤
I already suffer from extreme fatigue...and I can't sleep on planes. If I have to do a long flight, I am beyond miserable.
I already know I would end up sick traveling that much with very little rest. Have fun!
I hope her ear is better it's awful to be sick or in any sinus discomfort on a plane. I have not traveled in years due to disabilities and finances. I love watching your adventures but with my issues, travel days are behind me.
Hola familia, buenas tardes desde Chiva Valencia España.
Que tengáis y disfrutéis de ese gran viaje y estancia, sois mágicos y una gran familia.👍💙👍👌👍
If I could fly first class I would love to travel on long flights, but since I can't afford that, I think flying more than 4 hours is torture. I cannot sleep sitting up straight. I'll just watch other people like you guys to see other countries.

You all are just the cutest family and I surely enjoy watching your adventurous videos!
I love traveling but had not traveled abroad since 2020. I feel like I’ve settled in since Covid and have become more homeward bound.
Bravo 👏 Yas Made It!
💜🌺💜🌺💜🌺💜🌺💜
YIKES! What an adventure! The girls are wonderful travelers
❤
Wow! What a trip! Heather, your hair looks awesome! Great cut!
I might watch a movie if the view is obscured by clouds or darkness, otherwise my face is mashed up against the window. lol
Love your frames, Heather.
Was there a reason to go east instead of west? Looks like going from Cancun west to Bangkok is much shorter than going through Europe. Just curious 🤔
Cheaper
You guys are amazing never give up
Thanks for the Magic Travel tip! 👌
My daughter-in-law is from Chang Mai, hope you have a blast!😊
Love watching your adventures! Isla Mujeres one of my favorite places!
Wow you all are amazing!! Enjoy your trip 🎉❤
i love the traveling mode the airport the people you meet the places you go love love
Looks like you translated in houston...safe travels
Guess that is why you called raising voyagers 👍
I am tired just watching! I can't do this anymore! It is going to take me a long time to recuperate! Well, enjoy it!
