I get a little smile on my face when driving down the road and the song “Lips Of An Angel” by Hinder comes on the radio. The voice is spot on. Godspeed buddy. I saw a silver Rolls Royce like this on the Internet about 8 years ago. It had a 454 motor in it. I almost bought it but didn’t and I regret it. Everything was awesome on it and original except the motor, of course.

Drop the body onto a 4x4 chassis. My dad put a Vanden Plas Rolls Royce on an Isuzu one and it was great. So comfy to use around the farm and drive on the highway.
Thanks for the story! I was actually a mechanic in a shop in Dallas when it was brought in. Rob was 100% right when he said the engine gave up the ghost. Apparently, it was used at that strip club for several years without a single service and eventually spun a bearing on its way to the airport. Anyway, it was towed in, we didn't have any experience on Rolls Royces so we sent the engine to another shop to get fixed. The engine shop apparently fucked up the rebuild and their insurance managed to pay the owner back the price of the car and took the shell.

I was actually a mechanic in a shop in Dallas when it was brought in. Rob was 100% right when he said the engine gave up the ghost.
