Mixed Hamburgers using Pampered Chef tools

This is a family favorite recipe and one of my favorite comfort foods! We call them "mixed hamburgers", but they originated from a recipe called Bar-b-que Burgers that my mom probably got from a woman's magazine in the 60's. I just know that we loved them and we're still passing on the recipe to the next generations! It's easy, budget friendly and quick to make. Serve on a bun or open faced over a bun like I like.
