when the world needed him most, he returned
Joonbob's guide will free us from the wheel
unlike the avatar, joonbob was there when the PF needed him the most
Joonbob is still undefeated as the best FF14 guide maker.
Man, Overdosing Heavenly Bliss was such a banger track, especially the Zamni version
As usual gotta recommend your amazing guides to my friends, I simply watch to appreciate the quality.
Great quality as usual. Thank you!
Great visual representation for the people needing visual example on how to get the enums done vertically or horizontally, amazing snippet! Ty once again joon :D
kiseki music good shit hope this video saves party finder
Just got through this fight with friends and worked it out but visually, yet again we have one of the best examples out there! Great showcase to help everyone see how to do it because it definitely is overwhelming at first.
Thank you so much! First ex was struggling so much here as h1!
oh this picture in picture thing you got going on here is great, makes it a lot easier to figure out what's going on
More than ever I miss "Joonbob" being in the Party Finder description, bless
Ah, I see that you are a fellow Legend of Heroes enjoyer as well!
thanks for the banger music, not gonna lie, your strats are amazing but the music you pick for every video its just perfect!!! thanks so much for tell us the name of the music you used in every video!!!
this dude easily makes the best ffxiv mechanics videos
ballin guides as always
Going to aggressively link this video the next time one of the ranged enums takes a melee spot.
THE RETURN OF THE KING
Thank you!
Wow gonna give this a tryon my next attempt . I'm stuck at this point ty
good luck in there
Joonbob returns to rend us asunder 🎉
Thank you for showing people the correct way of doing this
10/10 as usual
Joonbob my goat
oh please please thank you I'm so tired of seeing wall relative stuff in PF
Yep, I don’t understand the obsession with boss relative on this fight… east west works significantly better for everyone
On Aether at least, boss relative is dying fast. Nearly every party on PF is True North.

TRASH STRAT
@Zbysiex thank you! XD I can’t read that name anymore. Day 2 in PF and already you read „Watch guide - HECTOR!!!!“. Like people aren’t using their brains anymore…
the hero we didn't deserve....
On my data center there are competing strategies to handle Void Stardusts but at least everyone seems to agree on true north and N to S for Gale 2 and beyond.
for enums/stacks on the 4th gale sphere, if its the south safe spot and the party is running south it would still be true north right? so eg. if your camera was facing south, group 1 goes right and group 2 goes left?
true north yup
i dunno why as healer i suck at the enum to stack during this. im always panic running to my position lol
Honestly, I think that these types of bite-sized guides for specific mechanics are better than making full guides in many cases. The full guides are nice for getting an overall view of the fight and when each mechanic happens. But when it comes to specific fights that require specific choreography or that may have multiple strats for how to do them, these individual guides are better. A new strat doesn't require the whole video be remade, no need to say "we do everything this way, except for this we do that", no need to look through a ~10min video to find a specific strat, etc.
also, no need to worry about trying to do a guide for an entire video if you know people really only need a specific part.
Joongod
Genuine question for people because I came back to raiding after a break for finishing college. Why are so many players in pf suddenly failing to understand True North? Was there a brief period of time where everyone decided "boss relative" or "wall relative" made sense? (I'm on Aether if that helps at all)
Because they’d rather blindly follow someone’s guide on the internet instead of using their brains.
Barbariccia Ex had mechanics that were better solved using boss relative since she faces certain directions on certain attacks.
What cover of Overdosing on Heavenly Bliss is this, you do thos yourself, or is this the Evo version?

cleared this fight at day2 and tbh idk what the hell is going on after eventide rofl
I killed the boss and it didn't give me my Kaiten!!! DX I was lied to!!! .... good guide though :O mhm mhm
Please go back to making full savage guides 🙏 you got me through eden
if i like the fights we'll see no promises
Hopefully this starts to become the norm in PF, not that there is anything wrong with relative strats, but you know who did an absolutely abysmal job at explaining it and he has no footage.
Question because I feel like I missed something because of college. When did relative even become a thing??? I swear everyone used to just instantly know "oh yeah just do True North."
Good, now maybe pf can get a brain and do them right. It's not a hard mechanic but as usual pf make it hard by being monkeys. Yes I'm salty becsuse I still don't have my weapons from this
Your guides are the best because they're short and to the point, feature helpful gameplay footage because you actually cleared the fight before making them, instead of being rambling powerpoint nonsense from a trash player who sounds like Ben Shapiro for 30 minutes.
So much better than Hector's boss relative nonsense
Who... Needed this, exactly? This is incredibly straightforward as a mechanic.
A lot of people
