Why don't you make your own desktop, android and iOS app and include a more features like uploading upto 300 MB or 275 MB and maximum video time till 10 min or 8 min without watermark?

Is it possible to use on smart cut on a project which have been recorded with kapwing? the problem is that the screen and the video of me speaking are splites, so the smart cut will cut the video of me speaking but wont cut the screen video. wondering if there is a possible way maybe merge the layers or something.
Export XML is it possible for Davinci Resolve Studio ?
Smart Cut is not working on audio .wav files. I had to export it as a video file first for the Smart Cut option to show. It's a voice over btw.

So it keeps saying Preparing smart cut this may take a few minutes that's been a few hours. Also the clean audio feature says yhe video needs to be under 2 hours even though I edited it less than 2 hours please help.

No, unfortunately we don't have that option available.
It don't work. It work only with very short movie.
Why does it not work if I only import audio? I only need audio cuttet, not video with audio.

I also want to remove by modification, the clips in the video are the; It freezes for a few seconds and then comes back, this is for the reason that I record broadcasts and sometimes broadcasts stop for a few seconds, but the sound continues. I hope to find something that removes the frequent video pauses because they are many and making adjustments to them is tiring, especially since it is about an hour of time
Sadly does not work with multi track audio type videos! Welp, guess the only thing that works for me will be TimeBolt but it's not cheap. Anyway thanks for showcasing your cool Smart Cut, it would have almost been just what I need ;)
Cool! But I have one question about Kapwing, how can I start a video from scratch. I always have to search up "3 seconds of nothing" on youtube and import that as a video in order to actually make a video
If you mean scratch as in of yourself, you can click "start with blank canvas" and then click the record button and proceed making your video which will upload directly to that project.
If you mean make a montage type of video with pictures I would recommend "start with blank canvas" and on the right panel you will see it's on the tab "Canvas" but next to that is the tab "Timing". Click the timing tab and you can pick any duration you'd like to trigger the timeline.

I really wanted this to work but I just can't figure it out. The audio wave isn't visible. it's a mint green color. No waves to be seen so the program can't detect the silences.

Hi I'm a new user here, is it possible to move around the clip with subtitled above the timeline. How do I explained it...
So I have a clip that has subtitles for this whole clip, let's say 1 mnt clip.
And I want to add another opening clip at the very beginning of the this clips (the one that have subtitle)
If I simply drag the the opening clip before the clip that has subtitles, the subtitles itself will be applied to the opening clips instead.
What I want is the subtitles still at main clip that is supposed to be.
Unfortunately, subtitles are not "hooked" to the video so you cannot move them together. However, you can group select the subtitles and bulk move them to be more closely aligned to the video after the video has been moved.
The site dont accept large videos. Im frustrated.

What about just one clip that i want to speed up and go normal speed in one clip for montages and different clips
If you don't want the silences, you can use Smart Cut, then once those are out, you can click on the clip(s) you want sped up (we go up to 4x) and the other clips can remain normal speed.

Make sure you didn't upload a video over your size limit (depends on if you are a free or pro user). If you emailed us, we go in order of receiving emails and are only in the office 10 AM to 4 PM PST so please be patient.

ik if u have too much it lags so much for me it sometimes crashes and i use pro but it can take an hour+ to upload

I would recommend Googling your browser with "clear cache" and "site data" since each browser has it slightly different. EX Clear Cache Chrome. Hope that helps.

The removal of silence in a video is a bad idea. It is not natural and affects the audience ability to absorb the conversation. Imagine watching an important conversational video and people spoke without having pause time (breath in time) in their narration, it sounds argumentative. I am surprised why this trend is so popular. The good news is that the major universities upload their educational videos without pruning out the the silent moments.
