Dear Bruce, your videos are bringing some nostalgic memories of my short time living in London. Long time ago i was walking these streets and had lunch breaks in one of your parks where you train. Thank you Bruce and i wish you all the best. :)
Hey mate! Greetings from Australia. Your physique is truly inspirational. Love watching your workouts. Would you consider doing a video of what you eat on a normal day. I think everyone would really love that. Cheers mate
Hi Bruce, your videos are really inspiring, good job! Can't wait to see the one about your training regime 🔥 In the meantime, have you ever considered to include some gymnastic rings in your practice?
Form trumps volume all day long, but no harm in throwing in a crazy day like this once in a while for variety. I can only imagine how blitzed you felt the next morning. I usually settle for 100, but I am nearly three times your age. Goodonya Bruce, keep it up young fella.
Your content as allways inspirational, a bit late when waching this video tho cause i caught a cold a couple days ago so it's be rough for me, but still your content as inspirational as allways.
Good work ! it is really nice to see how dedicated your are I just subscribed ! I am doing the same type of work out as you do show on your youtube channel, seeing this 200 pull up challenge, if it can interest you, there is this way of doing a set every minutes for 10 min, you start with a set of 10 reps, then 9, 8, 7, etc.. At 10 min into the workout you are already at 55 reps, do this 4 times and if you make it you get more than 200 reps in 40 min ! great personnal challenge to manage your effort and having a fix number of reps to reach every sets, give it a try if you like ! Keep it up champ !
you are a huge inspiration bro. i started body weight training slightly less than 2 months ago and i've made decent progress. my pushups have increased from 15 to 29, my pullups increased from 2-3 to 8 for the first sets i do. watching you always gives me motivation to keep going. i'm hoping by 3-4 months from now, i'll be at 40-50 pushups and 15-20 pullups in the first set
@@Shimidzufitness Thanks! I have started my Fitness journey very often already, but always wanted to make everything perfect and just overloaded myself all of a sudden until it wasn't maintainable anymore and I gave up. When I found your channel it motivated me to just progressively overload over time with Pull Ups, Push Ups, Dips and Squats. But then I always feel like: "No I need to hit the muscle from this angle, or I am neglecting this part of that muscle etc." and start the downwards spiral again. I am still unsure whether those four exercises plus its variations are sufficient.
@ as long as you’re keeping active and pushing yourself with every session, the only other thing to worry about is form and targeting every part of the body 👍

Out of the 200 pull ups u did maybe only 20 of those reps were actually used to for muscle growth. After that it’s just junk volume.
@@Shimidzufitness Sounds good man. I'm an intermediate lifter but looking for a change and want to get stronger at movements that help with bouldering.
