      ​​@@TylerTongSuho's build looks way better than his dad just because of the training programme he's been following.Instead of his dad's regular calisthenics routine,he does weighted calisthenics which emphasizes more on hypertrophy

      @@TylerTong Also the haircut is different. Suho splits his hair at the middle while Jinwoo's hair covers his whole forehead.

    Chin ups - 2x10-12 (4mins rest)

    Day 3 - Shoulders
    Pike Push Ups - 3x12 (3 mins rest)
    Day 4 - Legs
    Bulgarian Split Squats
    Quad Bias:3x12 (4 mins rest)
    Harmstring/Glute Bias:3x12 (4 mins rest)

    Nutrition is more important than all this training programmes. It doesn't matter how hard you train. Without proper nutrition you won't gain muscles.

      @@faizalmohammed9874 yes but also no. My diet mostly consisted of Wendy’s(American fast food) for two years and I only gained lean muscle for those two years. If you don’t get enough protein and calories, you won’t be able to gain muscle.

      @@fredofficial2296 forget the old exercise and focus on the new one. Example: Regular push ups will replace doing Knee push ups if you are strong enough

      @@Koko-So-Meitantei_ you’re going to train them doing chin ups with a chair but if you want to hit them directly, you can just do bicep curls. 4 sets til failure
