Isn't it strange that he was so concerned about you 'holding him up' yet not only has plenty of time for a nice chat in the middle of the road, but he also didn't care at all for the people behind him.
Easiest way to deal with these people. "If I'm holding you up, why have you stopped and gotten out of your car?". I find asking questions to idiots, makes their brains hurt, as they dismantle their own fantasy by answering. Cognitive dissonance is powerful.
Absolutely spot on. Even if another road user is slowing your progress in some way doesn't automatically mean they are in the wrong. People need to learn to share the roads.k
@@ibs5080 spot on?? 😂😂. He stays in the middle of the road while cars go on the opposite side to pass. If not passing then they go 3 mile an hour. I'm sure all you lot are regards that stick up for this bell end
@@thomasjones928 Well, I think you meant “retards”, but having said that, are you a U.K. driver ? Do you realize that cyclists can take up the whole width of the lane, it’s not just an automobiles territory. Whoever is behind has to wait their turn in a marked area to pass.
They’re always in a rush until they’ve got all day to argue. Could he not see the cars going at the same speed as you? Or the fact that the train added far more time to his trip? Plonker.
I cycle on this road often and there is really no point in speeding - it’s 20mph max with spots where cars have to give way to oncoming traffic. Just slow down and enjoy the weather.
Sorry but BMW owns the road. If you open the glove box there is a certificate of ownership for the road. And they put extra loud horns to let us cyclists know we are trespassing on their property
What gets me is that the cyclist was keeping up with the red car in front up until the Audi driver started honking at him, which distracted the cyclist, causing him to slow down slightly (and then catch back up with the red car). Dude clearly just didn't like the fact that it was a cyclist "holding him up".
Audi inability to think rationally.....whenever I am behind a cyclist keeping up with traffic at 30 MPH + it always makes me smile and think back to the days when I could do so. Sadly those days are gone for me now but I still appreciate cyclists going for the burn. 😃👍
The driver was driving poorly, however to imply all Audi drivers drive that way is clumsy. I doubt there is a correlation between a specific brand of car and poor driving. Poor driving isn’t selective
@@bartoni79 I'm a cop, and let me tell you, there's a reason why stereotypes exist in cars. Audi drivers from our county rank close to no 1 most incident related, so much we don't actually have a marked audi police car as some officers believe in the superstition.
@@LazarkGaming we dont have that in the UK lol If that was the case then all the KSIs would be largely Audi drivers ... Bad people are bad people..I'm sure this driver was still bad even before he got this Audi 🤣
I actually find your vlogs very educational, as a van driver I'm more aware of cyclists on the road and ease off the throttle at junctions to anticipate what the cyclists is going to do next giving the cyclists the right of way
The cyclist was keeping up with the car in front - where exactly did the impatient Audi driver think he was going to go? What a bellend, but Hey! it is an Audi, but how come its not a white one - they're the worst.
Absolutely nothing wrong with this cyclists road positioning. There is no reason why he should have kept pulling into the side in between the rows of parked cars - to do so would have been more dangerous because he would have kept having to pull back into the centre of the road to go past the parked cars. Also, what exactly did the Audi driver want to achieve? The cyclist was keeping up with the car in front, so even if the Audi driver had gone back the cyclist, he wouldn't have gained anything!
Seems to me there was something wrong with his road positioning when he crossed an unbroken line to sit beside another vehicle in the on-coming lane because ‘“it’s too hot over there”. Could be your road rules are different to ours. I really don’t care, but a guy who spends so much time calling out others who break the rules should obey them all himself - even when it is inconvenient for him. EDIT: I’ve just learned the channel operator isn’t the rider in this case, so this criticism doesn’t apply to him this time.
@@CyclingMikey - that's selective obedience of the laws. "Sorry officer - i was speeding on my motorbike to cool myself down; because it's so hot today".
The California Driver handbook clearly states that cyclists NOT weave in and out of parked cars, but to carry a straight line the entire time. Why? Because inattentive drivers will be "surprised" by a cyclist doing this and then weaving back out around a car ("He came out of NOWHERE, officer!"). And homicidal drivers will just use it as an excuse to nail a cyclist! Plus, it makes sense to hold a consistent line. Anyone who's raced in a peloton knows how important "holding your line" is! It's the law. Something drivers only refer to when it's to their advantage!

Your a nob if one of those who mashes the engine up to highest possible limit "every dammed time" and you only wear the machine components out all the sooner costing you a lot more over the years. You also wont improve your overall commute times in areas like this as you leave yourself less time to read to road and have to break harder/to a full stop for obstacles and junctions a lot more often... This is why speed limit allocations need updating because too many wouldn't think about it at all and couldn't understand a "limit" is not an "allowance..." If it was speed "allowances" it would have to be done in 5,10,15,20,25mph ect, for every little stretch outside of motorways and wide main roads... That way the times you would have been able to go "nearer" the "limit" in reasonable conditions, like when the road is clear at a less busy time, you wouldn't be "allowed" anymore because of too many doushbags taking the piss out of the "limit" system for too long and ruining it for everyone. But then they do already, motorways are built for high speeds, residential and urban areas are built for day to day life, driving like a nob just makes life worse for everyone doushbags included themselves.
The speed limit is exactly that not a Target, plus with the speed bumps and cars parked on both sides and the speed limit sign being 20 MPH I would not over take a car on that road so why does he feel the need to pass a bike? The highway code states that “ you should pass a bike, horse or horse drawn vehicle with the same distance as you would a motor vehicle” typical case of “I’ve got to be first” syndrome
That is scary ridiculous. I can only imagine he got triggered because the cyclist decided to wait in the shade. His argument is ridiculous too because he's riding his horn before the cyclist films him.
Highway Code 112. The horn. “ Use only while your vehicle is moving and you need to warn other road users of your presence. Never sound your horn aggressively. “
The bit of rule 112 after that is particularly useful; "You MUST NOT use your horn... except when another road user poses a danger."... ...which the cyclist wasn't posing!
The horn is basically the same as shouting "I'm an extremely impatient and incompetent driver, beware i'm a danger to everyone around me because i'm selfish"
Rule 101 in the Audi version of the My-way Code is: 'cyclists must always stop riding and let you overtake unhindered. If they do not, harass them until they do'.
No. 1 You had every right to take the position you had in the lane. No.2 The driver Beeped first which is why you started to film the car. No.3 Even if there had been a safe place to overtake, the car would be no further down the road because you were clearly keeping up with traffic when he started to become impatient. Pointless. I am a car driver and I completely support the cyclist here. Drivers, please give cyclists space, both from behind and when overtaking and please be patient. Wait for a suitable and safe place to pass.

@@tonyryan1574 Can you quote the rule for that please? I have read the Highway Code and never read any mention of "Just move over". Rule 72 however says; "Ride in the centre of your lane, to make yourself as clearly visible as possible... in slower moving traffic... at the approach to junctions or road narrowings where it would be unsafe for drivers to overtake you" It mentions specifically when and how to move aside to allow faster moving traffic to pass; "When riding on busy roads, with vehicles moving faster than you, allow them to overtake where it is safe to do so whilst keeping at least 0.5 metres away, and further where it is safer, from the kerb edge." The cyclist was coming out around parked vehicles and approaching a junction and the other vehicles were not moving faster at the time of the first beep. The highway code also tells cars what to do. I won't quote the whole lot as it takes up space and you seem to be an HC expert. But do check Rules 212 and 213 to refresh your memory. The car was clearly in breach of the highway code and the cycle was not.

Don't know what his problem is. The cyclist was going at around the same speed as the Aygo in front. The guy wouldn't of ended up anywhere much further if he even overtook the cyclist
I am not a cyclist, nor do I have any particular agenda for or against cyclists. Like everything in this world there are good and not so good. In my opinion, prior to the mini roundabout, I would suggest that the Audi is far to close to the rear of the cyclist. However what I can't understand is why was he continually sounding his horn ? Was it impatience and wanted to get passed the cyclist ? If it was, God knows why because the cyclist was keeping pace with the Toyota Aygo ahead of him, so where was the Audi going to go. IDIOT.

None of these payments change the fact that your driving is a privilege and not a right. There is no road tax - it was abolished in the 1930s to stop entitled drivers from claiming that they own the public highway. You mean VED, a pollution tax. It's obvious why cyclists and pedestrians don't pay that tax. As a driver you're a freeloader - the sum of motoring taxes in the UK is far less than the sum cost of motoring to society. All drivers are heavily subsidised by non-driving taxpayers. I have a playlist of drivers disqualified by the courts as a result of cyclist videos here: ua-cam.com/play/PL50HnB_iNgL4VLK1XXwdYkX2kn3Bbjh7B.html Tens of thousands of cyclists run video cameras and will report bad driving around them. @@CyclingMikey Mikey, for once I'm surprised at you: The "road tax" vs "VED" argument, oft trotted out by militant cyclists (I don't consider you one of these, BTW!), is a matter of semantics. Most people use the words "road tax" as a generic term for VED - in the same way that people talk about "hoovering" their house even though they're using an Vax, or talk of using "perspex" to repair their greenhouse when referring to acrylic sheet. If someone says they're nipping to the Post Office to get their road tax, we all know what they mean, even though the words are technically incorrect. If, as you say (and I have no reason to doubt it), the taxes raised by motoring are less than the expenditure required to maintain roads, then it's patently obvious that putting the tax revenue into the general pot, before taking it back out again to use on road transport expenditure, is simply accountancy sleight of hand; the entire sum _still_ ends up funding transportation and the roads one way or the other. The point I'm making is that it's a childish argument, one that effectively mocks someone for their incorrect choice of words rather than addressing their position. All your other points are spot on. ...Of course, none of that changes the fact that "Yeah, but cos muh road tax" is an utterly utterly stupid argument! :D
@@cargy930 It's more that drivers are using "road tax" to suggest they own the roads, whereas it's actually a pollution tax. The road fund licence was abolished precisely to try to prevent drivers from claiming they own the roads. Most of all, all of us taxpayers are heavily subsidising drivers, which further destroys the argument that drivers are paying their way, because they are not.

I know I'm late to this, but this is a common occurrence round where I live. Just a few weeks ago I was riding my bike towards an island where there was about 30 cars waiting for the traffic lights to change. I undertook all the cars and got to the island before the lights had changed and was travelling behind a vehicle that wasn't going very fast because of all the traffic in front, then out of nowhere a car decided to overtake me to get between me and the vehicle just Infront of me, which made slam on my brakes. I held my arm out as a gesture to say wtf was that and looked over my shoulder to see if the car behind would register her dangerous driving, but no he decided to do exactly the same thing and cut me off as well. I couldn't believe it. I had to swerve out the way and slam my brakes again to prevent plowing into him and as this happened the traffic had to slow down and come to a stand still. So I just undertook them all again and waved as I passed. Tw4ts

@@migsy1717 It's the planks driving basic Audi's that think they are special. They can only stretch to the base model, but think the badge on the front gives them some sort of cadre. The more discerning driver would go for a higher spec Golf or Skoda and spend the savings on a really nice bike.

It's an Audi driver - he is desperate to get his badge filling the rear view mirror of the car in front. So needy this lot. I always think they were the type in primary school that used to bounce up and down shouting "ME, Miss! PICK ME! I know!" Not that they ever did know.
I dunno. As a cyclist, I try to work with the cars. And yeah, some are dicks, but stopping in the middle of the road to confront someone is not dissimilar to honking at someone to let them get past despite the cyclist pretty much staying with the flow. The real issue for me is the roads just aren't built for both, and we all need to calm down a bit. Councils need to look to develope cycleways that are separate from the roads, possibly making some roads "residents only". I'm not perfect. I've been hit (at slow speed) 3 times as cars turned into the cycle lane, and one time I had to consciously stop myself from knocking the cars wing mirror off in anger. But drivers just need to calm down. There was no benefit in getting past in the first place. The red car never got more than 50 meters ahead. That said, the first time you turned your head after the honk, there was a long piece of road with no parked cars where you could have easily pulled over and let them past.
I uploaded a video titled ‘how to overtake a cyclist’ I was driving an audi q5 so please don’t marginalise everyone based on their vehicle...its the same as drivers marginalising cyclists. Its simply not true of everyone and is solely based on the actions of a few idiots.
Car drivers like this always want that piece of road that you’re on- they often tailgate or do dodgy overtakes and if their really lucky get home 30 seconds faster than they would have driving considerately.
As a cyclist, I am wondering whether it was necessary to go over the solid (Do not overtake) white line and ride alongside the red car when the train barrier came up. Why not be patient and wait behind the red car with the other cyclists?
He was sitting on his bike in the tree shade whilst very hot, he even said so and the red car driver agreed, it was obvious ? Nothing wrong with that in stationary traffic, waiting for the train to pass ?
Impatient cyclist on the wrong side of the road at the level crossing. And with plenty of opportunities to be a considerate road user and pull in and let quicker traffic past. Remove the beam in your own eye and all that fella.
i have no clue what this guy wanted, absoutely no issue with the cyclists position at any point, keeping away from parked cars, moving the same sort of pace as the cars in front of him, all he did by sounding his horn was cause the cclist to stop to ask hat the issue was. A bit evo lucas asking the school run mum what the danger is. Theres no danger or issue, something in peoples brains sees a bicycle in front of them so want to get ahead of it asap, even if it gets them absolutely nowhere but to the back of the traffic queue or red light. Its an odd idea i dont share but ive seen people overcombed by this must pass idea many a time. What i would hate, is for a motorbike rider in london, to discover this two abreast audi driver, sitting stationary in a line of cars. Go up behind him and beep the horn. Beep it it again and again. Then when he gets out, ask him why he did it to a cyclist in this video? He will say'' he woz in front of me in da middle of da woad''. To which the biker can reply ''you're in my way, in the middle of the entire, centre and left of the road, driving along at zero miles per hour,. The cyclist was moving along at a pace that was no slower than you could otherwise have been going. Dont be a hypocrite when YOU are the slowest moving vehicle out there''. The cyclist's road positioning was largely very good, close to best practice and is what is taught to children in school. When you begin studying for your driving licence, you'll realise this is good cycling and that you're supposed to change lanes to pass even a single cyclist. You should never try to dangerously squeeze past a cyclist on such a narrow lane as this. You should never get angry because you can't overtake someone. You should never expect cyclists to ride in the gutter or to ride right next to parked cars because of the dangers of the door zone.
A man who jumps out of his car...... is road rage..... full stop We all need patience as every one (runners, cyclists, horses, cars etc) deserves the right to be on the road
Everything he sows, albeit sowing from an Audi like that, he is going to reap one day. You can't get away with an attitude like that as a driver indefinitely. He is eventually going to face up to terrible consequences on the road... or off it perhaps. I'm glad he got filmed doing that on this occasion because it looks as though he behaves in this inappropriate manner all the time. I say the cyclist did good in standing up against the thugs in this one
Why did the cyclist move to the wrong side of the road waiting for the barrier ? Then when the traffic moved on the cyclist was wrongly positioned. Sometimes its a half and half responsibility of how a situation developed. I cannot see why the cyclist made that deliberate poor position decision at the start which then escalated the ongoing tussle...
The cyclist moves over to get in to the shade, he says so in the video... he then waits for the car he was behind to continue on their journey before pulling back in behind them. It really isn't half and half. The Audi driver is a clear bully.
The most impressive thing in the whole video, other than the cyclist’s patience, is his flexibility - he can turn around to see the car behind him! At my age, I can get about 45 degrees around. After that, I have to get off the bike, turn around and hope I don’t fall over!!!!

0:41, cyclist commits first offence by crossing a solid white line into the oncoming lane. He also then sets off in this lane when the barriers have risen. Honestly this clip is more about attitude, don't you find it strange how he was so terribly concerned about being 30 yards further down the road (what, 1.5 seconds?) yet he has plenty of time for a nice chat in the middle of the road? It's this attitude problem that causes so many pointless issues in the roads.
The traffic was stationary and the barriers were down. There is no point in your argument there as the cyclist got back into the lane as soon as the traffic got moving with nothing coming the other way. By the way you can cross solid white lines in certain situations otherwise we'd have gridlock all over the place
Such bizarre behaviour. Driving around London is all about getting held up by the traffic - which comprises all the people driving. The Audi driver is a bully as he's picks on the bike rider rather than taking his impatience out on other drivers. Thanks for posting
His cycling in the middle of his lane is best practice. Your comment tells us by implication you’re also not a good driver because you want the cyclist at the edge of the road. You want your convenience more than you want his safety.
Given that there was no space in front for the audi to overtake into, the cyclist was correctly riding in primary. Where do you think he should have been?
This a very good example of why you should cycle in the middle of the lane. If you would have cycled on the gutter this criminal driver might have tried to overtake you with no space risking your position. You have my respect by keeping the cool and being polite! I have a theory about "certain" makes representing the majority of badly driven cars. When certain "prestige" models reach a particular price point; say at about 4 years old, ex lease or company car, they become affordable to these type of motorists. When nearly forced off into a ditch (white Audi 2015) I consoled myself with the fact his HP payments were probably +£300 per month. Stay safe out there guys!
What is scary is two other pink skinned people agree with your borderline racist shit. People that buy cars after 4 years do so because the first dickhead took the depreciation hit, really not rocket science fella
Rule 153 Traffic-calming measures. On some roads there are features such as road humps, chicanes and narrowings which are intended to slow you down. When you approach these features reduce your speed. Allow cyclists and motorcyclists room to pass through them. Maintain a reduced speed along the whole of the stretch of road within the calming measures. Give way to oncoming road users if directed to do so by signs. You should not overtake other moving road users while in these areas. Road humps = traffic calming = should not overtake
There are more coming - I'm at the end of 2019 reports now, and will soon be getting 2020 videos up. Justice takes a long time to be served, and the police ask us to wait before releasing the videos.
I certainly don’t. Both in artics and my personal car, I have waited for a safe pass for, on occasions, miles on country roads. I’ve sometimes got me quite the convoy.... **hears classic track**
I guess it’s a compliment that this driver thought the cyclist could levitate himself over parked cars rather than following the highway code which tells cyclists to ride safely by leaving a space between them and those parked.
2:30 after you first turned around to film him (which clearly showed he was endangering your life by being too close) he backed off thinking he wouldn't be caught, and he saved that "i wasn't too close" false claim for when he accosted you. He's a practiced and skilled antisocial person.
Never seen a motorist feel as though they have exclusive use of the road for themselves & that others are ‘taking the piss’ out of them for merely being there...
Just after the railway barriers went up, the cyclist was breaking the law by crossing the unbroken white line & cycling on the wrong side of the road which prevented the red car from pulling out to overtake the other cyclist. The cyclist slowed down in a place where the Audi driver couldn't overtake, it appears to me the cyclist was looking for a confrontation, & got one. I wonder what the police would make of this.
Isn't it strange that he was so concerned about you 'holding him up' yet not only has plenty of time for a nice chat in the middle of the road, but he also didn't care at all for the people behind him.
I was thinking the same thing.
Easiest way to deal with these people. "If I'm holding you up, why have you stopped and gotten out of your car?". I find asking questions to idiots, makes their brains hurt, as they dismantle their own fantasy by answering. Cognitive dissonance is powerful.
The cyclist was keeping up with the speed of the traffic in front so there was absolutely no need for that driver to beep.
Even if he wasn't, there is no reason to beep or tailgate. He needs to wait behind, and overtake only when safe to do so by completely changing lanes.
Absolutely spot on. Even if another road user is slowing your progress in some way doesn't automatically mean they are in the wrong. People need to learn to share the roads.k

Dude clearly just didn't like the fact that it was a cyclist "holding him up".

This is why speed limit allocations need updating because too many wouldn't think about it at all and couldn't understand a "limit" is not an "allowance..."
If it was speed "allowances" it would have to be done in 5,10,15,20,25mph ect, for every little stretch outside of motorways and wide main roads... That way the times you would have been able to go "nearer" the "limit" in reasonable conditions, like when the road is clear at a less busy time, you wouldn't be "allowed" anymore because of too many doushbags taking the piss out of the "limit" system for too long and ruining it for everyone. @@thegameeeeeee8666 so it's the aygos fault?
Highway Code
112. The horn.
“ Use only while your vehicle is moving and you need to warn other road users of your presence. Never sound your horn aggressively. “
The bit of rule 112 after that is particularly useful;
"You MUST NOT use your horn... except when another road user poses a danger."...
...which the cyclist wasn't posing!
The horn is basically the same as shouting "I'm an extremely impatient and incompetent driver, beware i'm a danger to everyone around me because i'm selfish"
When he got out of his car, I would have said, 'Well, you've got my attention, now what do you want'
Rule 101 in the Audi version of the My-way Code is: 'cyclists must always stop riding and let you overtake unhindered. If they do not, harass them until they do'.
This is the generally accepted rule every where not just for Audi's, the poor should make way for the rich
Lol

Just move over
@@tonyryan1574 Audi first beep is at 1:59, when the cyclist had just moved to the centre of the road in order to pass a number of parked cars and the red Toyota was literally 5m in front of him. What did the driver expect the cyclist to do in those circumstances and why?
@@tonyryan1574 Can you quote the rule for that please? I have read the Highway Code and never read any mention of "Just move over". Rule 72 however says;
"Ride in the centre of your lane, to make yourself as clearly visible as possible... in slower moving traffic... at the approach to junctions or road narrowings where it would be unsafe for drivers to overtake you"
It mentions specifically when and how to move aside to allow faster moving traffic to pass;
"When riding on busy roads, with vehicles moving faster than you, allow them to overtake where it is safe to do so whilst keeping at least 0.5 metres away, and further where it is safer, from the kerb edge."
The cyclist was coming out around parked vehicles and approaching a junction and the other vehicles were not moving faster at the time of the first beep.
The highway code also tells cars what to do. I won't quote the whole lot as it takes up space and you seem to be an HC expert. But do check Rules 212 and 213 to refresh your memory.

The bike is still behind the red car so where was the car driver expecting to go he would still be in the same position
It might have saved him 0.5 seconds!

I uploaded a video titled ‘how to overtake a cyclist’ I was driving an audi q5 so please don’t marginalise everyone based on their vehicle...its the same as drivers marginalising cyclists. Its simply not true of everyone and is solely based on the actions of a few idiots.
@@1ninjatiger you must be v.small needle in the vast haystack then, i ride a motorcycle and 9 times out if ten its an Audi driver trying to kill me!
It’s my experience in the U.K. that Audi drivers are the second worst in the country, behind white van drivers
Another quality human who should have their licence revoked.
As a motorcyclist it,s always Audi,s trying to kill you, it used to be Volvo's, then BMW,s but now they favour Audi's,s it seems.
Imagine if a car driver had gone onto the wrong side of the road while waiting for the crossing 🙄
Cycling Mikey would have blocked him off and arrested him 😂
Doing it on a bike 2 feet wide is a lot different to a metal box 5.6 feet wide and weighing two tonnes -surely yo8 realise this
Where do I submit videos and reports? Caught a few idiots almost hit pedestrians in zebra crossings
i have no clue what this guy wanted, absoutely no issue with the cyclists position at any point, keeping away from parked cars, moving the same sort of pace as the cars in front of him, all he did by sounding his horn was cause the cclist to stop to ask hat the issue was. I have never ridden a bike or motorbike on a road at zero mph, but cars seem to enjoy doing this for some reason and are never fined for obstructing traffic, why is this?
Maybe the driver was using the horn to indicate that it was the driver ITSELF that was the danger? :D
@@themitsky or his ego was such that it physcially reached out his chest and stabbed at the horn to let the poor unable to afford a car cyclist that it was impeding his progress.
We know that some cyclists and vehicles don't get on,but in hindsight I would have just slowed down and let the car pass to avoid any trouble.with people today you've got to be careful!

With the cyclist's road position, it seems he was looking to provoke someone.
Audi lol - chip on shoulder lol - wants to fight lol - I dont think audi drivers know we all laugh at them.
A man who jumps out of his car...... is road rage..... full stop
We all need patience as every one (runners, cyclists, horses, cars etc) deserves the right to be on the road
Time to visit a chiropractor ;-)
White socks and trainers pulled up to his knees 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 gangster
What is gangster to you? Some 3 quarters lengths and a pair of moccasins?
This just in ...the much coveted Tosspot Driving Cup , long held by BMW drivers , has sensationally been snatched from their grasp by Audi drivers. Many of us have seen this coming for some time.
I’m not sure if you’re aware but car dealers don’t restrict sales to a certain demographic so this ‘BMW drivers’ or ‘Audi drivers’ comment is total nonsense, if the driver is a tossed he’s a tossed full stop, irrelevant of what car he drives
@@MrBigtaf There is some truth to the stereotype: Drivers of luxury cars are 3-4 times more likely to break the law. See ua-cam.com/video/IuqGrz-Y_Lc/v-deo.html
@@CyclingMikey that will be more down to their upbringing and self entitlement rather than the car they drive though! I own an Audi and both me and my fiancée both work really hard to buy nice things including our car, we are by no means wealthy, I’m just not a fan of ‘labelling’ or ‘tar brushing’ I’m not a great fan of cyclists as a general rule but if they cycle considerately and actually share the road then I’m more than happy to accommodate but I’m sure you wouldn’t appreciate being labelled with all the a-hole cyclists which there are countless!
You dealt with this extremely well, what an idiot for horning at you, made no sense at all.
This driver doesn't seem to understand the concept of 'cause and effect'.
The ONLY reason you turned the camera to point at him.... was because he honked his horn... and then complained that he only honked you because you were filming him!
If it was a car the driver would have no problem but because it’s a bicycle that happens to be keeping pace with the car infront then all of a sudden it’s a problem! Kudos to the cyclist for holding his position to be safe and confronting the intimidating impatient driver!
He’d still have a problem with a car the idiot
Wanker and a bully. Good for you to standing up to such a person. 👍👍
I thought the Audi driver was going to "brake check " the cyclist for a moment after his overtake to add injury to insult!
Wow, it was very nice of this guy to let you post this video on your UA-cam channel Mikey. It shows how other people are effected by terrible drivers. By the way did you spot the red classic Mustang parked on the left at 3.41 in the video? I love Mustangs 👍
Nice spot! Love that
Hey, thanks for putting Thames Ditton on the map. I cycle that route a lot. Generally with no drama I'm happy to say.
Well he's a special kind of ignorant.
Riding the bike on the wrong side of the road, crossing solid double white lines hmmm. Guess the rules of the road don't apply on two wheels.
Nobody can look tough when driving a hairdressers Audi...lol
0:41, cyclist commits first offence by crossing a solid white line into the oncoming lane. He also then sets off in this lane when the barriers have risen. Its not one rule for cars, one for cyclists. The highway code apply to all road users. I'm an advocate for safe cycling but please follow the rules if you wish to criticise others.
You're allowed to cross solid lines though, so...
The cyclist definitely changed his tone of voice once the guy got out the car though 🤣🤣

“If you don’t know you’re driving dangerously then you shouldn’t be driving at all” - said the man on a bicycle in the middle of the road
Lowered his tone real quick.
This a very good example of why you should cycle in the middle of the lane. If you would have cycled on the gutter this criminal driver might have tried to overtake you with no space risking your position.
You have my respect by keeping the cool and being polite!
These situations are horribly stressful.
3:41 -- Beautiful looking Mustang on the left. Worth quite a bit too seeing as its first generation (1965). I wouldnt be leaving it on the street like that though. My heart wouldnt be able to take inconsiderate people scuffing up the paint work with poor driving or even the risk of people keying it out of jealousy nevermind the risk of theft.
It truly deserves to be parked on a driveway or inside a garage away from the elements
Perhaps it triggered Audi man.
Could have been somebody visiting a family member or friend though.
Very true. The 'danger car' used to be Volvo, then BMW, now it's Audi.
What is scary is two other pink skinned people agree with your borderline racist shit. People that buy cars after 4 years do so because the first dickhead took the depreciation hit, really not rocket science fella
Rule 153
Traffic-calming measures.
Great to finally see some 2020 recordings
There are more coming - I'm at the end of 2019 reports now, and will soon be getting 2020 videos up. Justice takes a long time to be served, and the police ask us to wait before releasing the videos.
We should be able to call 2020 - 2021 The SECOND Dark ages.
I don't even know why he's honking. He wants to be 4m further ahead than he is?
It's not hard. Wait for a safe place to pass and pass. Some people seem to struggle with that sometimes. 🤷♂️
I certainly don’t. Both in artics and my personal car, I have waited for a safe pass for, on occasions, miles on country roads. I’ve sometimes got me quite the convoy....
**hears classic track**
Rubber duck! And excellent attitude and patience you have btw. I am the same.
Hahaha, awesome sarcasm there! Sometimes it seems like every second or third driver feels like that.
