Hi Ben,
here a little hint for your flower minion ;)
If you place a block, a slab or a string on top of a small flower (1-block high flower) big flowers wont grow there.
You seem to be a long time afk on your island so it is definetly worth it, because your chest wont fill up with those big flowers and on top of that, it will produce more dandelions to comensate the big flowers ;)
Here is a little pattern for you:
slab slab slab Minion slab ...
flower flower flower Minion flower ...
grass grass grass grass grass ...
