Man, keep up the good work! You probably forgot more than many people will know about the outdoors, and every little thing is worth passing on . so many people don’t get to experience that. I’m sure you’ve got lots more stories and pictures to share and it’s much appreciated.
Watched your Dad’s videos in the sixties, your videos in the eighties and now watching your son’s videos! I am from western Wyoming and have hunted and fished the same places. Thanks for the reminder of how special Wyoming is!
You are truly blessed to be able to see that much beauty in this ever declining world. I would have sure loved too see this country a hundred years ago
Dang brother, the things you've been blessed to see and do in your years is truly remarkable. I hope and I'm sure you do realize that. Absolutely incredible life you've led sir💪💪
Not really. It was the way we lived, including my wife. One time, she was walking on the road, and a grizzly came up on the roadside and had no weapon or bear spray! That next week, we went to town and got her a weapon to carry while walking.
Most everyone I have ever known who enjoys being in the high mountains likes to take pictures of those amazing flowers. I can’t think of a soul who didn’t or doesn’t. Some of my friends were really educated as to types of flowers that were growing and when they grow. A friend of mine just won a lottery pick for an elk hunt in Wyoming. He was at the range with me 3 out the last 4 days.we are shooting 100, 200 and 300 yard shots. Just driving tacks. We have the nice shooting sleds though so it’s not too difficult. He’s practicing different positions to shoot from as you can imagine. We are both paying a lot of attention to ballistics. For example the distance a round drops at those distances. I think I am shooting as well as I ever did as a young man. What fun it all is. I don’t have any experience about being around Grizz but not sure 100 yards would be far enough for me. Lots of black bear around me though. What beautiful animals to watch. Thanks for sharing the video. If you have any tips I can pass along to my friend about elk hunting in Wyoming please let me know. I’ve spoken with him about physical condition and how to train for thin air. Also shoot, shoot and shoot some more. Look forward to your next video.
Always great to watch your family adventures
