Hiding behind that tree with the first fish you caught was genius!! Nice work. Also you were trained in dealing with angry beavers in IV so u should be good.
@@MO_Lives Haha, that they are. There are some really cool videos on YT about bring beaver back and how they help water retention. For a long time people treated them as a pest and thought they needed to be exterminated. Wrong again humans!
Hey Mike, Nice campsite @ Green Creek and Fishing! Landed a few nice browns! Good times getting some miles in upstream and checking the place out. Good thing no Raging Raptors Airborne! Next time to Bridgeport would like to check it out! I think my timing was off on the runoff! Thx again for the Footage... AMZ
It's a 10 mile or so dirt road in so alot more secluded than the other creeks around Bridgeport. Downstream of the campsite there is a couple/few mile meadow section that is a wildlife conservation area so alot more pristine that Buckeye which had all the cattle activity. The day after I fished Green creek I hiked up to Green Lake which was epic. I'm working on piecing together the footage for that and will be posting the video in the next few days.
@@AMZHikes the road in to green creek is not bad at all. Pod had no problem. Just a long 10 mile stretch so good to budget about 45 minutes or so for the drive. Campsites are a little small and in thick aspen stands so a bit chlostrophobic. There are lots of real nice dispersed camping spots on the way to the campground, but I prefer having a bear box in bear country when possible so I opted for the campground
HA, how stupid do I feel. Although then again maybe it was an otter... 😁 And sorry but I will continue to narrate, I get lonely out there and like having something to talk to... plus plenty of other silent fishing vids out there to be enjoyed.

@@jsavellano2 I agree, genius indeed 😁. It’s all about stealth up there on those little streams, although these fish were surprised unspooky
Nice to see a creek with bever damns on it. The do really great things for stream health and thus trout health.
Indeed. And I have recently learned from another informative commenter that they are vegetarian and therefore do not eat the fish :)

@@MO_Lives Looking forward to the new video! So how did the Pod do on the road to Green Creek?

Nice fish. Wish I was there.😊
Thanks for watching!
Mike, get yourself a Thermacell to deal with those mosquitos. You'll thank me later. Fish on!
On it! Thx for the tip.
Um dude, Beavers are vegetarians and mosquitos are trout food. Don't complain. Also, less narrative is better. :)

@@MO_Lives Fair enough. No one's making me watch :).
