The 5 speed manual version of the Versa seems almost perfect for yours truly but I've not driven a manual before. I'm sure I could learn easily to shift, but living in NYC and rowing the shifter constantly in stop and go traffic is unfortunately a red flag. I'm doubtful to go with the '25 manual S model as a purchase. Bummer! According to many commenters online the CVT may be a nightmare to have. Time will tell what I decide to go for. The Mirage is a contender too. I'll see. Great review BTW! Peace...🙏🏹♐
My 2024 Versa Manual is GREAT so far. I love small economy cars - they make so much more sense than the idiot vehicles most manufacturers are forcing on people. Much better MPGs than the sticker says, decent enough power for highway driving, extremely maneuverable, comfortable ride. And, with the manual transmission and tried and true four cylinder, naturally aspirated engine, I expect a very long and trouble free experience. Highly recommended at this point. Get one while you can, they are going away next April. Bad move on Nissan's part if you ask me.
@@LyleBialk they've made many bad decision and are in trouble now. Ranault owns a major stake in Nissan and want to drastically reduce its stake so technically Nissan is for sale and if nobody buys it there may be no Nissan ( very unlikely as they are in talk with Honda now)
Nice job Matt & I would buy this as my daily.
Right on!

This one listed for just under 21k. Pretty sure you can get to your number if you negotiate.

I like it too, but driving as much as I do in traffic it would get old. For the weekend car? Of course.
