I bought the Stihl 800 C-E Magnum last year when my Echo blower kicked the bucket. It was taking 1:45-2:00 hours with the Echo. The 800 Magnum took that time down to 30 minutes. It's amazing.
Be careful blowing around rip-rap and gravel, the 800 will literally pick them up and toss them around freely.
I learned the same thing about black walnuts in the yard. It'll throw them around like baseballs! :)
Good evening mon ami 👌 Now you are in business 😉👍 I love my BR 550 😉👌 You will be able to clear now your snow very well of your deck of both of your houses like you know ( you commented on my video last Dec 👌😉 🧐 ) Do not forgot to run richer oil gas for the first 8 hrs of you engine life 😉👌 Yes Yes Yes about RK tractor 👌😉 I know someone who start his chanel with that great kind of tractors and went orange for no clear reasons,,, 🤔🤣 Great demos power 👌👍😉 Cheers 🍻
Thanks, Dave! Stay tuned for more RK tractor info! I can't wait to share more about Rural King and the RK tractors.
@@PurpleCollarLife 😉👌🍻
Just got a 800x, thrilled with it. It moves epic amounts of leaves compared to my previous blowers. Really liking the mellower sound too.
Thanks for watching and commenting. I hadn't thought about the sound - but you're absolutely right. The sound of the 800 is a much more enjoyable sound than what you hear with the little handhelds. I can't believe we waited so long to get the big backpack blower. It really cuts leaf cleanup time down.
just got one today the 800magX moves tons of leaves, lightweight and easy to use, never thought i'd be happy bout doin the yard now..those are nice tractors, 15k isnt bad for that smaller one with backhoe, very nice, gotta have the tools!..thanks for the review.
Thanks for watching!
Nothing more exciting than getting a new tool! 😎🔧 Very nice tractors!!
You got that right! The Stihl certainly was put to the test today. We used it all day!
Nice upgrade. I have the BR 800. Awesome blower. Mine is the side start
After using it all day yesterday, turning it on and off for videoing and conversations, I'm starting to wonder if I should have gone with the side start! :)
Rural King has everything! Didn't know they had Stihl.
Thanks! You're right - it's often a one-stop-shop. Thanks for watching and commenting.
I bought that last year. Best money I ever spent! Its amazing how powerful it is! I would like to have a second tractor some day and that 55 is at the top of the list!
Good choice! I have enjoyed watching your tractor at work! Thanks for watching!
The blower is awesome, some good CFM coming out, it did a good job on the wet leaves 👍🏻
Thank you, Luc. I used that blower most of the day today. The CFM is amazing. Thanks for watching!
Been there and done that with one in each hand have a great day
Thanks! I felt pretty powerful running two at the same time. :)
Real nice Chad! I have a Husky 580 BTS and love it.
Thanks for watching! I'm really impressed with the new blower. I think I'd be even more impressed with a new RK55! :)
Have the Stihl BR600 - it works great to
Good to know! Thanks!
We need one of those! Thanks for another great video.
Thanks for watching!
Perfect timing for a new blower
Absolutely. I am clearing out under that Maple tree every day. This Stihl continues to impress me. Thanks for watching!
Good power in that new still you will get the job done quickly
Thanks! It's already cut my leaf clearing time way down!
Nice Stihl back pack blower! Looks like Rural King has a good selection of goodies. Twin blowers work good too! Cheers!
Thanks 👍
I broke down last year and put a mulch kit on the JD X300... leaves disappear like magic.
Glad to hear the mulch kit works nicely on the JD X300. The mulching kit on my John Deere 2210 with the 62C deck works nice too! I just was hoping to not need the deck on there when I'm using the loader so much right now. Thanks for watching!
I was just at RK in Franklin today went and bought a quick hitch for my tractor. I was going to buy an Rk37 but went with a mahindra max 26 instead.
Thanks for sharing! They haven't had the RK37 in stock in Franklin for a while. I think the last ones that came in were sold before they even hit the lot!
Blowers are much better than they used to be.
I never really had a blower until about 10 years ago. I'm impressed with this new Stihl 800 for sure. Thanks for watching!
Nice video Chad, We have the BR800 stihl and its a great machine, tons of power. Use an echo 58v for cleaning up the barn aisles and such.
Thanks, Richie! I still prefer the handheld Stihl for cleaning off the mower deck, and blowing out the utility trailer. The BR800 is TOO powerful for some applications. :)
I like these RK tractors too.
I am impressed with them for sure. The more time I spend around them, the more I like what I see. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Nice i bought me a echo pb9010t im just waiting to it but that stihl looks nice
Rural "Royal" King is a great store.
Absolutely. We're lucky that we have 2 Rural King stores that are within a few hour drive from us.
Nice blower!
Thanks!
Mine work well on light dry snow. I'm a big Still equipment fan.
I can't wait to give it a try on the sidewalks in the snow! Thanks for watching. We've had only great experiences with the Stihl equipment.
We use an Ego Powerplus blower. I looked it up and it blows around half as hard as the Stihl Magnum so it’s not is not much of a blowhard but we like it.
I was dead against leaf blowers for years. I thought they were noisy, stupid & only for lazy people. However after getting a blower I understand why people like them. They make everything look much tidier for little effort. They are great for keeping farm machinery clean too without harsh washing.
Great point! I have used the hand-held blower to clean off the zero turn almost every time I mow. It does a nice job of getting the grass clippings off. The mud however - it doesn't quite blow that away. :)
Powerful blower!
Thanks! It really is. I knew it would be more powerful than the BG 55, but I had no idea it would be SO much more powerful. Thanks for watching.
Nice video Chad! Both blowers definitely serve their purpose, I have the large Husqvarna as well as the smaller handheld stihl and I love using both! Does the backpack have anything along the lines of a sternum or hip strap? That is one of my favorite features of my husky backpack as it helps take some of the weight off of the shoulders when blowing leaves for hours on end! See you on the next one
Thanks for watching! There is no sternum or hip strap that I know of. I'll admit though that I didn't open the bag of goodies that came with the blower yet though (you know - the one with the manual, the tool, the paperwork, etc.).
Nice!
Thanks!
good video
Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching.
I have got the 800 side start I love it
That's great! Is it really easy to pull that cord when it's on your back?
@@PurpleCollarLife yes it is. Do you think I could use gumboots when I use it?
I like that RK55. Any idea when they will have the RK37?
Not sure. I know that they have the RK37 on order for the store. It seems like as soon as they come in, they're sold. They don't stay on the lot long. Thanks for watching!
You should’ve bought the RK55 lol nice blower I haven’t made it up to that RK store yet but might have to make that short trip up and check it out.
Without giving the surprise away for next week - let me just say. . . stay tuned! :)
The RK 25 should have wireless phone charger on the rear fender.
It does indeed Kevin! I tried it out today and it was awesome! Stay tuned for more RK tractor videos later in the week. Thanks for watching!
nice blower
Thank you! I'm happy with it.
I have not seen those new RK25 tractors yet. More info!
Thanks! We will have a video about the RK25 tractors coming out next week. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Chad nice blower don’t think you’ll be disappointed. Nothing more aggravating than trying to blow a bunch of leaves with a wimpy blower. Take care, Ben. #ogaoutdoors
Thanks, Ben. The BR800 is certainly exceeding our expectations.
Curious if you looked at other blower brands - Echo?
Hello - no, I didn't consider or even research any other brands. I've had such great luck with our Stihl trimmer, chainsaws, and the handheld blower, that I didn't want to try any other brand. Stihl has been reliable and worth the investment. Thanks for watching!
The BR800 just at idle speed blows more than the BG55 lol
That's probably accurate! :)
How much gas does it use compared to the other one?
Good question. I really haven't compared the fuel use between the two. I do know that it seems like the 800 goes longer without needing filled up - but the tank is MUCH larger. Thanks for watching!
I am considering a tractor there. I'd like to know more.
Thanks! I'll have more videos about the RK tractors coming out next week. Thanks for watching and letting me know you were interested in the RK tractors!
Are they done making the 24?
Hello. No, they'll still make the RK 24. The RK25 is just a new offering that is larger than the 24, but smaller than the 37. I like the size of it. Thanks for watching!
That new Stihl is a HOSS!!!
It's amazing! I used it for hours today. Thanks for watching!
Does this use the same gas as your Stihl saw?
Great question - YES. It uses the same 50:1 fuel mix that I run in the Stihl chainsaws, the Stihl trimmer, and the handheld blower. I use only Ethanol-free gas mix or MotoMix.
Does Rural King have these on sale?
I don't know if they're currently on a sale price. I don't often see many Stihl products go on sale. Thanks for watching!
Echo all the way pb 8010 1000 plus cfm 80 cc the new one is bigger.
Thanks, Rick! I had no idea that the Echo was over 1000 cfm! That's pretty impressive. I think this Stihl BR 800 X Magnum is just under 1000 CFM and maxes out at 239 mph. Do you know what the speed is on the Echo? Thanks for watching!
tricked me. thought new tractor.
I wish! Maybe some day. Thanks for watching.
First 5 minutes were a waste of time
Thank goodness there's that fast forward button for the parts of the video you don't enjoy. Hopefully you liked the rest of the video. Thanks for watching.
