They haven't gotten to that yet because there is so much foundation/groundwork that has to be laid first. This trial isn't even half way over yet.

The newborn baby that was breastfeeding was not killed. Just her Momma Hanna Rhoden! Then after they killed Hanna the person made sure to position Hanna's breast so the baby could breastfeed when needed, although I'm not sure if any milk would still be produced for the baby to feed or if maybe there was enough milk made inside the breast for the baby to eat. It's a a very sad situation. I actually drove past Union Hill Road the morning they were all found murdered. I was on my way to Cincinnati to a Dr. Appt at University of Cincinnati when my Husband called me and told me to be careful because they thought little Chris had went crazy and killed all of his family, because at that point the cops had told family and others that they couldn't find Little Chris.... With as many “Objections” coming from the defense attorney, after recently watching the WI. vs. Darryl Brooks The Christmas Parade Murder Trial and Brooks being his own lawyer and his MANY “objections” when this defense lawyer started “objecting”, I had to do a double check to reassure myself that it was NOT Brooks acting as an attorney.
I always wait until all the evidence has been provided before I determine guilt. Have I missed something? How have they connected George to the murders exactly? The majority of court the prosecution is discussing everyone else in the family but George, really. Today, they spoke of him "excusing himself" when the agents visited the property, and that he sent a text telling Billy not to come visit because they had company. When will they actually prove he killed them? What have I missed that is fact based? Thanks!

I always wait until all the evidence has been provided before I determine guilt. Have I missed something? How have they connected George to the murders exactly? The majority of court the prosecution is discussing everyone else in the family but George, really. Today, they spoke of him "excusing himself" when the agents visited the property, and that he sent a text telling Billy not to come visit because they had company. When will they actually prove he killed them? What have I missed that is fact based? Thanks!

She's actually quite competent and has put together the whole case which is complicated. You may not like the way she talks but she is not a paid actor and the trial is not being staged for your enjoyment.

Prosecutors are laying the foundation to how and why George IV was involved. Because when Angela and Jake testify it’ll all make sense. You have to first prove this happened, that happened, etc.
Everything, he helped plan these awful murders, he was present at the murders and he helped with the family cover their tracks….. or at least so they thought

If I was a juror and today I had to vote.... it would be not guilty as the prosecutor has not proven he has played a role.

That lady prosecutor is the slowest lawyer I have ever seen… takes several seconds after an answer to come up with next question.. the trials I’ve watched , the prosecutor has the questions written down and can keep gong. This trial might last the rest of the month…
