It can be difficult to flip cars from auction buys. Sometimes you get big returns but it always depends on the car and if the previous owner kept up the maintenance and cost to repair. I guess you didn't realize with the 335 N54 engine cars that manuals in these cars are worth MORE than the autos! Sorry for your luck. As well these cars are not easy to work on if you don't know then especially the X drive models. I know I own one. They are enthusiast cars after the warranty is over because they will run a high repair bill if your needing to bring it to a shop (Sorry for stating the obvious to you). I bought mine very cheap like this too but I wasn't flipping (I've done enough flipping) so I could just take my time work on it myself and repair it as my wallet was allowing LOL. Now I have two BMW's and I LOVE them both. But yea not cheap to start repairing after others have not kept up with repairs and maintenance. Thank you for the interesting content.
