I wonder if anyone recalls BBC TV 'Play for Today' ? It was a series of one-off dramas which ran from the mid 70s to early 80s. The intro shots and music of today's video could have easily served as the backdrop for the opening titles. In this particular episode, it looks as though the main character drives a Rover!😃 Wet sanding in the rain has its plus points but would probably be a nicer job in the summer! I think there's something of Brucie performing in 'old time' Music Hall style in the 'Paint the Rover' song! 😁
When Wet sanding paint. stay in one direction and work your way up to smallest grit. As a machine polisher won’t remove deep scratches. It’s the same as washing the car stay in one direction so if you inflict scratches they are so much more easier to remove being that they are in one direction. But good job Paul 👍🏼
@@ProjectNigel Of course! 😁If I invest time into watching one of your vids, I'm not bailing before the "end credits" - especially because I know how you often pop little fun bits towards or at the very end, and I do not want to miss those nuggets of joy! ☺ Enjoyed the sanding/polishing paint doings, the initial Bill(y) song, and then I was very well rewarded at the end 🤗
I had one of those years ago. It was excellent.
Looks great Mustard
Thank you

Thank you for your ever wonderful observations, DD 😊
The shineyest Hammerite you ever did see.
Had the same noise with my Peugeot 205. The timing for the fuel pump needed adjusting once that was done it was perfect
A common issue I guess
Your man's spot on. You should be able to cruise at 75 no bother, no noises, no drama and plenty torque.
Yes. Thank you

Good advice. Thank you, Joe 😊
The "disagreement" in the end song had me chuckling 😅 "It's a bl*ddy car!"
Nice job 🙂
Now that's commitment!
