Imagine a parallel universe in which Sunsoft is remembered as one of the greatest software developers _on the Neo Geo_ of all time. SMH. They tried to do too many different things at the same time, in too many genres, on too many platforms.

Sunsoft had a close relationship with Sega demonstrated as early as the original Quartet, and as late as the 16 bit sequel to Fantasy Zone (with Sega's doomed modem games in-between, BTW (Tel-Tel Mahjong, etc.))… and yet their reputation, today, results from just a few Famicom / NES games, with the bulk of their work forgotten. And yes, sadly, most of it deserves to be forgotten.

They seem to have tried to do a bit of everything. Doesn't appear that many of them got very far, outside of Japan anyway.

I never realized that Kangaroo was one of theirs. I had always assumed it was an Atari game.

Atari licensed Kangaroo and Arabian for the west.

It might be just me, but videos about games without commentary is an insta-turn-off... Just love hearing something about the games...

I'm the opposite, I absolutely detest commentary on straight gameplay videos and it makes me switch them off instantly.
If its specifically a review video or covering a specific subject, like my own Amazing Exclusives and Greatest of All-Time videos, that's totally different. But gameplay videos should speak for themselves in my opinion and hearing the sound is just as important as seeing the graphics.
