Wow! TAITO has a lot more amazing games than even I knew about, and I thought I had played many of their games over the years In the arcades. Great video!
Honestly, arcades are as popular as ever, just not so much in the United States (unless you’re in a tourist heavy area). Countries like Japan, South Korea, and Singapore LOVE their arcades

Taito has many well known arcade video games. Space Invaders (1978) is probably the most notable, but games such as Speed Race (1974), Gun Fight (1975), Qix (1981), Jungle Hunt (1982), Elevator Action (1983), Buggy Challenge (1984), Bubble Bobble (1986), Takeshi no Chōsenjō (1986), Chase H.Q. (1988), Puzznic (1989), Kick Master (1992), Gun Buster (1992) and Puzzle Bobble (1994) are all part of Taito's library. Taito also had a license from Hanna-Barbera to produce games based on its animated series on The Flintstones and Jetsons and the movie Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.
Taito, my favorite game developer. Amazing how MAME has this game as 1984, but the Taito Memories compilations have it listed as 1985. Looks like Taito goofed there. You can also tell this is one of the earliest Zuntata music compositions for Taito, no other game had music that rich sounding that early (that wasn't laserdisc). Return of the Invaders is an odd one, I've heard that one was more UPL made than anything Taito did. Same case with Last Duel on the second Capcom compilation, heard Toaplan guys worked on it.

Continental Circus has the coolest crash I have ever seen for that time! Given the technology of the time, it’s a very impressive sight, and it’s hard to be mad when you see something like that.

Even though I never saw or played it, seeing it makes me feel nostalgic for the time when such graphics could really impress me.
Gun Buster (1992) was really something; An actual arcade FPS just before Doom invaded our PCs! It's like they _knew_ games like that were going to be major.
Also worth a mention: some of the home ports, and not necessarily because the port itself was any good. For instance, the C-64 version of Rastan was bugged, and impossible to finish as published. But the cover art? Oof. Now, THAT was impressive. It was painted by Tim Hildebrandt, so you'd kind of expect that. Unfortunately, that particular work is hard to find online--the few scans I've of it are either on the small side, or have damage in places.
