Great idea for an interview and a fascinating woman but this is very hard to watch. The interviewer has some great questions but you need to take a step back and let the interviewee talk, finish their sentences, etc. As it stands the interviewers voice is far louder than the interviewee, the one we actually want to hear!!!
This is an interesting interview IF you can ignore the fact that the Rabbi loves the sound of his own voice. He repeats everything she says, makes incorrect statements and asks utterly inane questions. Apart from that, he's great!
As far as I remember she mentioned that Margot wanted to move to Palestine and become a nurse or a midwife. At the time Israel hadn't been founded yet I believe so she would have said Palestine.

Very rude guy could only watch up to 4.04 I had to go to the comment section to see if others felt the same. Terrible poor woman

God the Rabbi is a horrible interviewer- it’s like he’s rather brag about his historical knowledge... poor woman for enduring this 🤦🏼♀️
I find the man interviewing very rude and a bit disrespectful considering the nature of the interview.
I wanted to know the part of the diary when anne kissed her
So rude to ask a woman her age. This rabbi could have estimated what age Anne would have been today without asking Jacqueline Van Maarsen her age.
Wow.... what a rude interviewer. You need to learn how to treat the elder lady with better respect. Very very rude.
Anne Frank did talk about Israel in her diary: she called it Palestine.

I know Margot was a member of a Zionist youth club in Amsterdam but Anne was more interested in going to Paris and London.
Classy… both of you !
Thanks
I feel bad like yeah Anne Frank is wonderful but what ab the other millions people that died like she went through stuff as well

I dont get why this guys ego is so big. stop cutting her off.
ATIVA A FUNÇÃO IDIOMAS PARA MELHOR COMPREENSÃO

Although I love Rabbi Boteach… I’m very disappointed with how he conducted himself during this “interview”
