I totally connect with this. During Lockdown I took part in a coaching program to improve my self-esteem and help my Social anxiety. I read an affirmation out every morning and do a visualization meditation every night.

This reminds me of the Law of Attraction! If you speak something into the universe it will come true one day. I think the affirmation that resonated with me the most was: "I am happy with who I am and who I am becoming." I frequently forget to love myself at my current state and, instead, look forward to love what I can or will be. Thank you for this, Sandra.
It's totally the Law of Attraction. We affirm things into our reality. We are always creating and at times, we don't even realize it which is why affirmations are so powerful. Especially to uplift us when we are down! Power up that self-love because you come first and foremost!!💕

I didn’t realize how powerful affirmations were until I suddenly and unexpectedly started dealing with crippling anxiety about 10 years ago. I really had to go deep and discover then process the reasons why it was happening. A big part of that healing came from acceptance & release through positive affirmations and intentional rebuilding.

My kind of video! Hi new subscriber here 😊 I started doing affirmations a year ago and it really truly changed my life. There were a few months when Corona hit that I let the negativity get the better of me and sunk back into a deep depression. But I’m happy to say I’m back on my feet now because I’ve been practicing daily affirmations and gratitude and allowing love and abundance into my life. Thank you for your video and your beautiful calming voice 🙏🏻💕

Hi there. If you're referring to my cards on Etsy, thank you. I created the template on Canva and had my VA add my affirmations to it. My graphic designer guy added the cut marks for me so I'm not sure how he did it.
