As a Natural Lifter you cannot differentiate between Strength and Hypertrophy. Doesn't matter if you're training between 3-5 reps or 6-12 reps both will build equal amounts on muscle, the former rep range building more strength as compared to the latter. Yes, 1rms aren't optimal volume for building muscle but doing 3-5 reps for 3-5 sets is equally effective. There is a big co-relation between strength and size as a natural athlete and you cannot differentiate the two.

I follow this routine.
Push:-Chest,Shoulder,Triceps
Pull:-Back,Biceps,Traps
Leg:-Quads,Hamstring,Calves
So,I can train each muscle twice a week and Sunday rest.
Can you tell me is it good or some changes are required?
No need to change something in this routine,
But if you are on cutting add 20 mins cardio everyday
Otherwise it's fine.✨
Push Pull Leg Rest and repeat. Or Push Leg Pull repeat
If your shoulder gets fatigue I’d suggest hitting shoulder with legs
So naive of you to believe that he will reply you.
Am also doing same routine, it's awesome you feel pumped everyday. But the only think is I can't hit shoulders as heavy as possible because chest and shoulders not a good combination
