- You read that right $20 for the machine and the table.
The machine featured in this video is a 1959 Singer 401 A.
I did pass on it for myself and let my local sewing group know where to get it if anyone was interested.
To see my 401 A - check out this video:

As suggested to me in the comments on a previous video, I made the effort to slowly show the price tag for the machine. I hope that helps with any curiosity you might have about the prices of the machines I find.

So beautiful and wish I was in your area that day ❤️❤️
the sewing Carpenters Heart just skipped a beat😍😍😍
Same box everything!! I'm excited to see this!
Thea,
Super cool. I see a straight stitch needle plate (AK3). That AK3 needle plate was worth the $20.
I believe that the AK3 needle plate would have also worked on your 503a Rocketeer.
Your Goodwill store is amazing. Never been lucky at the local store.
wow! Congratulations! I got one too, and I am so happy!
I just bought 401g for 30€ this week. Grate mashine. :)
What a find!
I do have the same sewing box full of accessories. It did not come with my 401a that i bought at a thrift store 30 years ago in a table for... $125. I have collected many accessories over the years including a buttonholer, monogram set, the box mentioned, and an expanded cam set. That is a great find! 🌻🍄
How awesome! As mentioned, I've never seen one like it. I've been Googling around to see if I can find out when it was made. I have many accessories as well, so I'm always surprised when I see something new to me. Thanks so much for sharing!
Yes, my 401a came with that same accessories box. 👍
Wow, what a treasure,
That was a good find.
Yes, that box came with the machine. I have the same machine and table. I also have the original manual.
yup yup yup...... get it home quick!
Wow what a find. Where was that fund located. I’ve not seen a place with that number of machines or a back room.
