In both this video and the midi choke video you just kinda assume that when you search for the plugin you are going to find it. As if it comes with REAPER or something. As far as I can tell, it does not, and I cannot find it anywhere.
Choke Groups inside Reaper is quite complicated. I think for the most it's easier to just take a Sampler like Shortcircuit or TX16Wx and set there the choke groups. For drums I have a new fav Sampler Plugin called Sitala. You can find it here decomposer.de/sitala
i've been wondering this. i don't know if your pedal transmits any MIDI information. if it does then you might be able to do something with parameter modulation and midi link. if it doesn't, then i don't see how it could work.
Hi, very nice video, I like it so far! but I have question, is it possible when I have chain of drums in reasamplomatic like in this video to add eq or compressor on each sample, for example I want process little snare but without the kick and other samples? Best
This plug in seems to be riddled with bugs. It simply doesn't work for any actual connected MIDI device that I've tried, only the virtual MIDI keyboard built in to Reaper. Does anybody know of a better plugin out there?

If it's not working for anyone, try setting the midi channel to match the send channel of your midi controller.

Hmm why does midi choke only work with virtual midi keyboard input, but not with my akai mpd218?
